In a surprising revelation, a popular WWE star has left pro-wrestling fans astonished by disclosing her actual age.
Jordynne Grace, currently showcasing her talents in WWE’s developmental brand NXT on The CW network, was recently highlighted as one of the top wrestling stars in their 20s by Bleacher Report.
Following the release of this ranking, many online fans were taken aback to discover that Grace is only 29 years old.
“Jordynne Grace is in her 20s?” questioned one fan on X, a post that has since garnered over 1.6 million views.
In a humorous retort, Grace playfully responded, “All the women in my family age like milk, leave me be.”

The former bodybuilder, who currently competes on NXT, is just 29-years-old
Other wrestling fans weighed in on Grace’s age, with one commenting, ‘Honestly, it feels like you’ve been wrestling for a long time, thought you were older.’
Another said that the blonde bodybuilder looks to be ‘in her early 40s’, while another argued, ‘Everyone looks older with their ring gear makeup.’
One commented, ‘To be fair, I was just as surprised, but that’s not meant as a comment about how you look, just more that it feels like you’ve been around for a lot longer than your age would suggest.’
Grace shot to fame in the wrestling world after joining TNA (Total Nonstop Action Wrestling) in 2018.
The Texas-born bombshell quickly became one of the biggest female stars at the company, where she became a three-time women’s champion and a one-time tag team champion.
She left TNA in January and signed with WWE, where she now performs as part of their NXT brand.
Outside of wrestling, Grace has had a successful career as a bodybuilder and powerlifter.
In 2021, she broke three records in the World Natural Powerlifting Federation.
Firing back by poking fun at herself, Grace wrote, ‘All the women in my family age like milk, leave me be’
Wrestling fans on social media couldn’t believe that Grace was still in her 20s
Grace has previously said that she’s been trolled online over her muscular appearance. ‘
‘I’ve gotten relentless hate about the way I look on social media,’ she told Sports Illustrated in 2023.
‘I’ve heard I was too big or that I was too short—now I hear that I’m too muscular and I look like a man,’ she continued.
‘I am here to prove that you can do whatever you want to, especially if you use those negative comments as fuel.’
The NXT superstar follows a strict diet and exercise regimen to achieve her unbelievable physique, which at one point involved spending 90 minutes on the stairs each day and eating a diet of largely chicken and rice.
She currently eats between 5-6 meals a day and tries to follow a clean diet, but does allow for the occasional cheat meal.

She’s currently one of the most popular stars in NXT and is set to compete for the TNA Knockouts World Title at NXT Gold Rush later this month
In an interview with Chris Van Vliet earlier this year, Grace admitted that she had to give up bodybuilding because the regimen was too strict for her to maintain long term.
‘I did compete one time and will likely never do it again. I just love ice cream too much,’ she confessed.
‘It was the worst time of my life,’ she added, before admitting that she used to travel with an electric skillet and would meal prep every meal from scratch.
‘It would be like midnight and people would come to the hotel and I’d be there doing cardio,’ she said.
She’s now enjoying being a pro-wrestling star in NXT, where she has become one of the most popular women in the division.
Later this month, Grace will face Léi Yǐng Lee and Kelani Jordan for the TNA Knockouts World Title at NXT Gold Rush.
