WASHINGTON — Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker are expecting their second child.

The “High School Musical” star shared the news over the weekend on Instagram with several photos showcasing her baby bump.

“Round two!!!!,” Hudgens captioned the post.

The baby news also comes just days after Hudgens announced she was returning to the big screen to star in the film “Quiet Storm.” Described as a dramatic thriller set in the late 1960s, the film explores themes of women’s liberation, the Black Power movement and the events of Hurricane Camille, according to Deadline.

Hudgens is set to play a romance novelist trapped indoors during the storm.

It is her first role since becoming a mom.

Tucker, a professional baseball player, and Hudgens welcomed their first child in 2024 and have remained private about the baby’s name. The star surprised fans during her first pregnancy when she debuted her baby bump in a black floor-length dress at the 2024 Oscars red carpet pre-show, which she was hosting that year.

The pair tied the knot in December 2023 in a destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico. The wedding came months after the two announced their engagement in early 2023.

Hudgens and Tucker were first linked in 2020 when they were spotted holding hands and hugging each other, People reports. Hudgens revealed in an Entertainment Tonight interview that she met the professional baseball player through a meditation group.

“Me and Cole met on a Zoom meditation group. Very random, yes,” she told the outlet at the time. “Zoom, you’ve got to love it.”
