On Saturday, Vanessa Hudgens took to Instagram to announce some heartwarming news, sharing a snapshot of herself in a hospital bed, her hand clasped with that of Cole Tucker.
In an exciting update, it’s been revealed that Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker have welcomed their second child together.
Hudgens, widely recognized for her role in “High School Musical,” captured the moment on Instagram, featuring a touching photo of her holding Tucker’s hand post-delivery.
Her caption read, “Well… I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️,” expressing her awe at the experience of childbirth.
The announcement drew an outpouring of love and congratulations from fans as well as celebrities like Zoey Deutch, Mario Lopez, Cara Delevingne, and Leslie Mann, who all took to the comments to celebrate the couple’s new addition.
The baby’s name and gender has not been revealed, keeping the duo’s streak of family privacy.
The two announced the pregnancy back in July, sharing several photos showcasing her baby bump.
“Round two!!!!,” Hudgens captioned the post then.
Tucker, a professional baseball player, and Hudgens welcomed their first child in 2024 and have remained private about the baby’s name. The star surprised fans during her first pregnancy when she debuted her baby bump in a black floor-length dress at the 2024 Oscars red carpet pre-show, which she was hosting that year.
The pair tied the knot in December 2023 in a destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico. The wedding came months after the two announced their engagement in early 2023.
Hudgens revealed in an Entertainment Tonight interview that she met the professional baseball player through a meditation group.
“Me and Cole met on a Zoom meditation group. Very random, yes,” she told the outlet at the time. “Zoom, you’ve got to love it.”
