DENVER (KDVR) A popular Instagrammer switched up his usual content on Sunday after he found an approximately 8-foot-long snake that snuck into his Colorado office.

This Boulder man is anonymous to most, but to many social media users, he’s known as “Miracle Man Cash.” Almost every day, he posts videos in which he hides cash around the community, leaving hints for people to find. However, one of his most recent Instagram posts wasn’t about the next drop location.

On Sunday, he posted about a very large snake that snuck into his office after the door was left open about two inches.

He said on Instagram that he heard a noise in his office when he walked in, but didn’t know what it was. He started work, only to learn there was an approximately 8-foot-long snake hiding next to the wall.

“Omg I was working on a project and this guy slipped thru the door and scared the heck out of me,” Miracle Man Cash posted on Instagram.

The Instagrammer said the office property manager was making his rounds around the building when the snake slipped in. The manager was able to help direct the snake outdoors.

“It was quite the surprise,” the Instagrammer said.

Wildlife encounters such as this one aren’t entirely uncommon in the Centennial State. Colorado Parks and Wildlife suggests that people who live in areas prone to encounters wildlife-proof their buildings, including closing any holes in the house that are larger than one-quarter inch, as animals like snakes, rats, mice, bats, raccoons and skunks can sneak inside.
