() Federal arson charges have been filed against a man who has been accused of setting fire to a Tesla dealership and the Republican state headquarters in New Mexico.

Authorities say Jamison Wagner also tagged the Telsa dealership with graffiti that included the phrases “Die Elon” and “Die Tesla Nazi.”

Wagner is the fifth suspect to face federal charges since the Trump administration began aggressively going after those alleged to be behind a wave of violence targeting Teslas and Tesla dealerships.

affiliate KRQE captured exclusive video of federal agents raiding Wagner’s home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, over the weekend.

Wagner matches the description of a suspect captured on surveillance footage taken at a dealership following a fiery attack on two Teslas and the offensive graffiti found on the walls.

Authorities took in a white car that matches a vehicle seen leaving the dealership that night and other evidence, including incendiary devices, chemicals and spray paint.

Wagner is also facing charges in connection with an arson attack at the Republican headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, two weeks ago. In addition to damage to the front of the headquarters, “ICE = KKK” was found spray-painted on a wall.

Agents reportedly found a stencil matching that graffiti in Wagner’s home.

There is no stated motive for the alleged attacks but Wagner described himself online as a “queer electrical engineer.”

Wagner remains in custody and has a court date set for Wednesday, where he faces multiple federal counts that come with penalties of up to 20 years in prison.

There are still scheduled Tesla Take Down protests all over the country, but organizers of those protests have stressed peaceful, lawful protests and distanced themself from the violence that has caused millions of dollars in damage.

A newly formed task force has focused solely on investigating attacks against Tesla.
