President Trump gave a press briefing Tuesday afternoon while in Florida. The president was slated to sign an executive order expanding access to in vitro fertilization (IVF).

“The Order directs policy recommendations to protect IVF access and aggressively reduce out-of-pocket and health plan costs for such treatments,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on the social platform X.

Trump is at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., after attending the Daytona 500 race over the weekend.

Since returning to the White House last month, the president has signed dozens of executive orders, including banning transgender people from serving in the military, stripping funding from schools that require COVID-19 vaccines and ending birthright citizenship.

Later on Tuesday, an interview with anchor Sean Hannity alongside tech billionaire Elon Musk will air on Fox News. The pair is expected to tout their controversial work with the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to shrink the size and scope of the federal government.

Trump was expected to sign the orders at around 4 p.m. local time.
