White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Celebrates the Arrival of Her Healthy Newborn Daughter, Viviana

WASHINGTON — Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, joyfully welcomed a baby girl into her family, as she shared on Thursday.

Born on May 1, the little one has been named Vivania, affectionately known as “Vivi.”

Leavitt expressed her happiness on social media, stating, “She is perfect and healthy, and her big brother is joyfully adjusting to life with his new baby sister. We are savoring every moment in our blissful newborn bubble,” alongside a picture capturing the precious moment with her daughter.

Together with her husband, Nicholas Riccio, Leavitt is also a proud parent to a son named Nicholas, lovingly called “Niko,” who came into the world in July 2024.

The press secretary is on maternity leave and expected to return to the briefing room later this year.
