After a grueling 10 days on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, only two recruits came out on top.
A popular reality TV show features celebrities undergoing intense training from former Special Forces operatives. In the show, participants can only leave voluntarily, due to medical reasons, or if they are expelled by the staff for poor performance.
Despite the tough training, contestants often share personal stories with the staff. Many celebrities have experienced trauma or life-altering events, motivating them to join the show. For instance, Denise Richards aimed to learn how to handle fear after a road rage incident where she and her husband were shot at. Surfer Alana Blanchard wanted to remain calm after witnessing her best friend being attacked by a shark in her childhood.
