After a grueling 10 days on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, only two recruits came out on top.

A popular reality TV show features celebrities undergoing intense training from former Special Forces operatives. In the show, participants can only leave voluntarily, due to medical reasons, or if they are expelled by the staff for poor performance.

Despite the tough training, contestants often share personal stories with the staff. Many celebrities have experienced trauma or life-altering events, motivating them to join the show. For instance, Denise Richards aimed to learn how to handle fear after a road rage incident where she and her husband were shot at. Surfer Alana Blanchard wanted to remain calm after witnessing her best friend being attacked by a shark in her childhood.

So, who won Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 3? Keep reading for everything you might’ve missed.

The final selection round proved to be the most challenging for the last five recruits. Alana Blanchard exited the show after struggling with a sensory deprivation exercise involving crying babies. Cam Newton failed during an interrogation task as he disclosed his identity too easily. Golden Tate also faced elimination for refusing to reveal his identity, even when it jeopardized another recruit’s safety.

The only two recruits who emerged victorious from the final stage were Brody Jenner and Kayla Nicole, who became Season 3’s winners as they not only completed the course, but also passed selection. Kudos to them!
