The woman was arrested earlier this month on drug-related charges & was booked into Brevard County Jail again after she was found with the ironically-labeled pouch.
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla — A Florida woman was found hiding drugs in a bag labeled “Definitely Not A Bag Full of Drugs” and arrested after just being released from jail 10 days earlier for drug charges.
A Brevard County deputy and her K-9 partner conducted a traffic stop, searched the car and found a few bags of drugs including one with the slogan printed on the front of it, according to a Facebook post.
“The bag was filled with snacks…nah just kidding it was actually drugs, that’s right, she actually had a bag with drugs in it that said on the side ‘Definitely Not A Bag Full Of Drugs’!!” the post read.
It had methamphetamine, needles, Narcan, digital scales, small baggies, cut straws and other drug paraphernalia.

The pouch belonged to Teryn Acri, the 31-year-old passenger in the car, who was arrested on Jan. 6 for allegedly having trafficking amounts of methamphetamine. She was bonded out two days later, according to officials.
“You know there is a quote that says ‘insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results’ and folks let me tell you, this is absolute insanity that we just keep letting these criminals out of jail on ridiculous bonds so they can break more laws,” Sheriff Wayne Ivey said.
Acri was arrested again on Saturday for numerous charges including two counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking amounts of methamphetamine.
She is also still facing the three charges from her previous arrest earlier in the month and also waiting for trial for a child neglect charge from July, according to Brevard County Jail records.
