Supermodel turned designer and developer Yolanda Hadid is parting with a property that has long been the heartbeat of her family’s private life. 

The 60-year-old Dutch beauty has officially put her farm on the market for $10.995 million — marking its first-time listing since she turned it into a haven of design, wellness, and rural charm.

In an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com, Yolanda shared, ‘Eight years ago, following my divorce and years of struggling with chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I craved a sanctuary to heal and reconnect with Mother Earth, reminiscent of my upbringing in Holland.’

She added, ‘The moment I discovered the farm, I fell in love… it wasn’t gated then, so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway; the energy was extraordinary. I instantly felt at home even before I saw any of the buildings.’

The sprawling estate, located in Pennsylvania, became the backdrop to countless family memories for Yolanda and her children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid.

‘Each child had their own cottage — the carriage house, the lavender house, or the corn crib — but they always came back to the main farmhouse for breakfast and dinner, learning farm-to-table and sharing meals by the fire. Those dinners together were the heartbeat of the farm,’ Yolanda recalled fondly.

The picturesque property also served as a pastoral playground for her daughters, who both went on to become two of the world’s most in-demand supermodels.

‘Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers,’ Yolanda shared. ‘It truly is a slice of heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven.’

The Hadid Family Farm spans five distinct structures: a main house, three guest cottages, and a barn — all unified under Yolanda’s design vision. 

The listing also includes full furnishings and the machinery she used to bring her countryside dreams to life.

Among its many charms, the estate features expansive fields of lavender, lush gardens and cozy interiors designed for farm-to-table living and intimate family gatherings.

In 2021, the Guest in Residence founder revealed she chose to do a home birth due to COVID restrictions that would have kept Yolanda and Bella out of her delivery room. 

Gigi owns her own farmhouse property in New Hope in one of Bucks County’s most coveted areas. 

Yolanda purchased the property back in 2017 in a bid to be closer to her children, who live in Manhattan.

‘It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,’ she told ELLE recently.

‘When I’m here, I just get in my truck and go to the store. Kids get excited at the market, but they don’t take their phones out.’

‘They want us to feel normal, and that’s very appreciated.’

The farm has been featured in photo shoots for some of the biggest fashion magazines and in series like Harper’s Bazaar: Food Diaries.

Seven years ago, Yolanda famously shared her super restrictive diet, which begins with a glass of lemon water and oatmeal. 

For lunch she typically consumes a salad and, later in the afternoon, a goat’s milk latte.

Her dinner, which she says she likes to be her lightest meal of the day, was vegetable soup. 

At the time, many viewers expressed concern that she wasn’t eating enough and living in a ‘a constant detox.’

In 2024, Yolanda showed off her stunning Texas ranch to Architectural Digest.

The tour gave fans a glimpse of her enormous walk-in pantry, a Pilates studio, a cowboy room and honey bar. 

‘My overall vision for this house was industrial, modern, relaxed,’ the mom-of-three told the publication. ‘[I want the vibe to be] enjoying life, put your boots up on the table and not worry about anything.

‘My partner took me to Fort Worth on our first date six-and-a-half years ago, and I fell in love with it.

‘I just love the culture, the people are extraordinary. We’ve built such a beautiful community, and I just feel home here.’

Yolanda – who confirmed her engagement to construction company CEO Joseph, 66, after six years together during the chat – started the tour off by showing AD her spacious living room. 

Her youngest daughter, Bella, also lives in the Lone Star State. 

In an interview with British Vogue, Hadid spoke about what inspired her to uproot her world from Pennsylvania. 

‘At the time I was a 26-year-old living with her mom on our [Pennsylvania] farm that I also pay for, feeling [like] a full tiny baby child. They were basically like: “Just come. You can ride, sleep, tap out. You just can’t be alone,”‘ she said. 

‘So I go,’ Hadid continued. ‘I’m with my stepdad. We move cows, we’re on trail rides, and I’m starting to feel a little better, but just still dealing with my own stuff. Then, the next day, I meet my boyfriend. I saw him walk in, and it was like a gust of fresh air.’

The model revealed she met Adan Banuelos, the son of Ascencion Banuelos, the first Mexican-American to be inducted into the National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Fame, at a local horse show.

‘He basically came in, walked into the exhibit hall, which is where we do all of the show stuff. I was getting a cowboy hat fitted. I just saw him and I was like that’s the…I always wanted the cowboy,’ she gushed. ‘And he’s pretty gorgeous, let me tell you something.’ 

Adan is a superstar of the horse riding world and became one of the youngest people to even be inducted into the NCHA Hall of Fame in 2017.

‘He works for his family, he works for his customers, and he works to hopefully build a home and a family one day,’ she added. ‘I can’t wait to be a mom.’
