Did Jen Ferguson and Eric Ferguson Divorce?  – Eric has been accused of creating a hostile working environment and inappropriate behavior allegations by multiple women. 

Ferguson is a morning radio personality at WRMX-FM in Chicago. He began his career as an intern at WYTZ-FM in Chicago before becoming a producer for Chicago on-air personality John Records Landecker. Eric worked as a producer for WTYZ-“Morning FM’s Zoo.” In Gainesville/Ocala, Florida, he began hosting a morning show on WMMZ-FM.

He has also hosted shows on WHXT in Allentown, PA, WZOK in Rockford, IL, WPXR in Rock Island, IL, and KWMX-FM in Denver. At WTMX in Chicago, he co-hosted a morning show with Kathy Hart. They were known as “The Eric & Kathy Show,” and it was a huge success in terms of ratings.

Eric Ferguson and his former wife, Jennifer Ferguson, got divorced in 2020. The couple got married sometime around the year 2000 and stayed together for about 20 years. They share four children. 

Jen and her ex-husband sold their 8270-square-foot, six-bedroom mansion in Hinsdale for $2.899 million in May 2020, reports Chicago Tribune.

Eric Ferguson Allegations Details Revealed

So far, three women have come forward with allegations against Eric Ferguson.

Ferguson was sued by a former producer of his show, Cynthia DeNicolo, in May 2021 in Cook County Court. She alleged that Eric had abused his power and position to gain sexual favors early in her career and stopped her promotions as a punishment as she refused to resume the unwanted sexual relationship.

Melissa McGurren also filed documents to the Cook County Circuit Court against Eric and called him a serial abuser of women. According to the documents he grossly abused his power, and because of his conduct, the station became a hostile working environment.

 

 

A third woman, Kristen Mori, a former sales employee, revealed that Ferguson groped her at a station Christmas Party in 2003, as per Chicago Sun-Times.
