Is Jorginho Arrested? Ballon D”or Or Prison Door – With ballon d’Or nominees being revealed this week, a lot of attention has shifted towards the top contenders for the greatest prize. And Jorginho is undoubtedly one of them.

The Chelsea midfielder had a fantastic season winning UEFA Champions League with the London Club. The holding midfielder was also the recipient of the Euro 2020’s gold medal as Italy beat England in penalties in the final.

Is Jorginho Arrested?

There isn’t any official news suggesting that Jorginho was arrested. He isn’t arrested.

However, a lot of users on Twitter are talking about his arrest and about him being in jail. Such rumors are unconfirmed at the moment.

We have observed that many of these things are a part of internet jokes and memes. And this is probably one of them as many people believe that it was a robbery when the midfielder won the UEFA Player of the Year award back in August.

As of now, Jorginho is not arrested. He played in Italy’s win over Belgium in the Nations League Third Place game.

The 29-year-old will return to England to train with Chelsea in the next couple of days.

Following a wonderful year with Chelsea and Italy, Jorginho is one of the favorites to win the Ballon D’or along with Robert Lewandowski and Lionel Messi.
