Preston also wrote that the family will have to relive some of the worst days of their lives. The network did not seek the family’s consent before making the documentary. Preston and her family have spoken out against the documentary.
Several people on TikTok are supporting the Preston family on the matter, whereas some people have also criticized them for promoting it.
The case might not be illegal, but it is being called immoral from Hulu’s side.
A GoFundMe page was organized on behalf of Jordan for the Preston family after Brooke’s death. The money was used to help cover the funeral and transportation costs.

After gaining a few criticisms, she again posted a video explaining why she made the Hulu documentary in the first place. Preston also revealed that Brooke and the family are being exploited in the case.
The documentary used pictures from the day. The family is not happy about it as the documentary shines the light on the murderer and is trying to make excuses for what happened.

There is an Instagram username with the same name as Jordan’s TikTok username. The account has over 1.1k followers and 692 posts. Their Instagram bio says Jp cool.
However, it is unclear if the account is Preston’s as it is currently private.
