She appeared in Season 2, Episode 9 titled “Forced Entry”. Two years later she was seen in the episode titled “Older Woman” in Season 4.

Obituary: Harriet Margulies Death Cause
Harriet Margulies died after suffering from a stroke. She was survived by her close ones in Northridge, California.
NCIS had provided a memorial tribute to her on Monday, November 8, 2021.
Before the credit scene on “Docked”, a title card in her memory was shown. She will be forever missed by the superfans of the CBS show.
NCIS fans also took to Twitter and Instagram to share their experience of the late fan liaison.
