Moreover, he was the founder of Scotland Yard undercover unit until the 1980s, and at present, he is the director and co-owner of a business intelligence company.

He worked as a metropolitan police officer before he resigned to an undercover mission in the 1980s. Peter, along with his teams, founded SO10 Scotland Yard’s Undercover unit.

He had to undergo a lot as an undercover cop. In a Crime Investigation interview, Peter said that he had bought millions of pounds or dollars, antiques, and many stolen goods with high value. 

Not only that, Peter had to do some dirty works such as buying weapons and guns. Unfortunately, Peter’s cover blew away, and the criminals caught him.

Peter had to live in witness protection for more than two years after his true identity as a cop was revealed, as there was a plot to kill him.

Thankfully, Peter’s undercover agent was discovered in time. After being in witness protection for more than two years, he later resigned from the police force.  

Peter Bleksley Biography

Peter Bleksley, best known for his role on Channels 4’s hit shows Hunted and Celebrity Hunted played as The Chief. Peter has seen his fundamental career-changing throughout his life.

After Peter’s cover was blown as a cop, and shortly after that, he resigned from the police force, and he wrote his first book, Gangbuster, in 2001.

Peter has written three books, One the Run, To Catch a Killer, and his recent book, Manhunt.

At present, Peter is broadcasting a podcast, Manhunt: Finding Kevin Parle. It is about finding Britain’s most wanted criminal.

 

 

Kevin Parle has been in the run for over 14 years. Kevin is wanted for two separate murders, the shooting and thereby killing a 16 years old Liam Kelly in 2004 in Liverpool and the slaying of 22 years old, Lucy Hargreaves also in Liverpool, in 2005.

Peter has vowed never to stop looking for Kevin Parle. It has already been 18 months since Peter has been tracking Kevin Parle.
