According to Erika Soto Lamb, a friend and former colleague mentioned his death was a suicide while being held on DUI and other charges at the Lackawanna County Prison, according to a statement posted to his Facebook page by family.

Mr. Glaze earned his degree in political economy graduated from Colorado College in 1992. Following that he received a law degree from George Washington University in 1996. After law school, he worked for a number of campaign finance reform organizations before joining the Raben Group.
