Daniel Staines is the blood-related father of the missing girl, Cleo Smith, who spent almost three hours at Mandurah police station.
On October 18, 2021, Cleo’s father, Daniel, was interviewed by police as per 7NEWS reported.
Her mother, Ellie Smith, Cleo Smith, was last seen in bright pink pajamas around 1:30 am on Saturday.
It was believed that the family went to Blowholes Campground in Macleod, near Carnarvon, for their weekend.
When the parents of Cleo Smith woke up at 6:30 am in the morning, Cleo was not there in the tent with her parents.
Cleo had vanished from the family tent at the Blowholes Campground, and the sleeping bag was also gone.
The family tent has been removed, but the area is still sealed. Police made an appeal for any information and for other visitors to come forward on Monday.

Cleo Smith’s biological father, Daniel Staines, seems to be in his mid-30s.
Although the detailed information about Daniel’s age is not available yet.
Daniel has nothing to do with her own daughter’s shocking disappearance as per the police investigations.
Cleo Smith used to live with her mother, Ellie Smith, and her stepfather Jake Gliddon.
Before the vanish of Cleo Smith on Saturday, Cleo even interacted with both of her parents in the middle of the night.

Police crews were seen scouring the white deserted beaches and bushes for signs of Cleo on Tuesday. The search was furthered, joined by the private helicopters.
Also, the murder detectives and forensic experts arrived from Perth to help with the search.
Police have not ruled out anything regarding Cleo’s disappearance and are investigating that Cleo may be abducted.
Inspector Munday said the marine arm of the investigation had been scaled down as no evidence related to Cleo’s disappearance was found in the water.
Cleo is nearly 110 centimeters tall with brown eyes.
