‘There’s damage in these apartments, her face is read, if she makes a report, we have enough here to go take him up, Drew said one of the police informed him.

He described Heard as catatonic after the event and said he didn’t file a report that night and Depp was never arrested.
He claimed she had a mark on her cheekbone and brow, as well as swelling on her face. Drew argued that his ex-wife, Raquel Rocky Pennington, informed him about the alleged incident.

Josh Drew, Pennington’s ex-husband and a former member of Amber Heard and Depp’s inner circle, is the second video deposition witness in the defamation trial. Drew, like Pennington, claimed he never saw Depp punch her or hurl anything at her.
In 2015, Drew and Pennington moved into one of Depp’s penthouses. He claimed they offered to pay the rent, but Depp, who he described as kind.
