Christopher, his son, announced the news on his official Twitter account. “Earlier tonight, my mother, Anne Rice, passed away due to complications resulting from a stroke,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
He continued, “She died nearly nineteen years to the day after my father, Stan, died. I just posted the following statement on her Facebook page.”
