Later in 2018, he appeared in the film adaptation of a historical drama play by the name “The seagull” also co-starring Saoirse Ronan. The same year, he was cast  as the Prince of Wales in the Netflix movie “Outlaw King.”

This year, the actor was cast in the BBC One and Netflix true-crime series, “The Serpent” in the role of a Dutch Embassy employee, Herman Knippenberg.
