Canelo Alvarez has won world titles in four weight classes, from light-middleweight to light heavyweight, including three unified titles and two lineal titles.

Alvarez has held the WBA (Super), WBC, Ring magazine, and WBO and IBF titles since 2020, making him the first undisputed super middleweight champion in history.

Canelo Alvarez’s First And Eldest Daughter – Meet Emily Cinnamon Alvarez

Canelo Alvarez and his high school sweetheart Karen Beltran welcomed their first daughter Emily Alvarez on October 12, 2005.

When Emily’s father found out he would be a parent, he was just 16 years old. Unlike most teen fathers, though, Canelo did not shirk his obligations. Instead, Canelo rented a house for his then-girlfriend, cared for her, and looked after her.

Unfortunately, Emily Alvarez’s parents divorced soon after, and her mother raised her. Canelo’s busy schedule also prevented him from seeing his daughter. So, even though the father and daughter chatted on the phone every day, the boxer found it difficult to give his full attention to his little princess.

Nonetheless, Maria’s father confessed in an interview that he wanted to give the world to his daughter.

However, he soon learned that giving his daughter everything she wanted would only make her dependent on him. While Canelo Alvarez’s daughter still lives a luxurious existence, the boxer has taught her the value of hard work and self-sufficiency.

Canelo Alvarez was engaged to Marisol González, a sportswriter for Televisa Deportes and Miss Mexico Universe 2003.

He married his longtime lover Fernanda Gómez at the Guadalajara Cathedral in Guadalajara, Mexico, in May 2021. Alvarez is the father of three daughters and one son, all of whom have different mothers.

While Canelo Alvarez’s eldest daughter has no biological siblings, she does have half-siblings from her father’s previous relationships. Canelo became engaged to Marisol after splitting from Emily’s mother, and their relationship did not endure long.

After that, he began dating Valeria Quiroz. Furthermore, the boxer and Quiroz have a daughter named Mia Ener Alvarez, according to sources. On the other hand, Emily’s father has never acknowledged his ex-daughter girlfriend and claims only to have two kids. As a result, nobody knows if Mia is his daughter.

In the next year, the world champion welcomed son Sal Adiel lvarez and daughter Mara Fernanda lvarez, both with separate women. Furthermore, the boxer is married to Fernanda Gómez, Maria’s mother.

Alvarez’s daughter gets along well with her half-siblings and has a unique relationship with her stepmother. The family spent a lot of time together and recently posed for Caras Mexico magazine.

Canelo also has many photos of his children on his Instagram account. The siblings look close and have a close relationship at a first impression. Additionally, they enjoy spending time together. Canelo’s children also appear frequently in his matches.

So, for the time being, let us wish the fighter and his family all the best and hope that their happiness improves with time.
