Tucker Barnes seems to be very healthy. He does not seem to have any illnesses that he has discussed with the media yet.
However, in the December of 2021, Tucker reported that he tested positive for Covid & it hit him like a truck. He explained that the symptoms were very strong.

He suffered from covid for a couple of weeks & he was resting at his home for the most of it. Even though Tucker was vaccinated & also received his booster shot, he was still very sick with Covid.
