If the alleged incident is actual, Jermaine Burton might go to jail. Moreover, he could also lose his Alabama contract.

A video of Burton striking a female Volunteers fan was uploaded to Tiktok. After that, Buton’s deed was swiftly picked up by netizens, who are now outraged by his criminal actions.

The victim woman, Emily Isaacs, had posted the video of what looks to be Burton hitting her in the head as he left the field on TikTok.

Emily claims the woman is her and is seen staring at the football player as he leaves the end zone and enters the locker room while holding her head after being struck by him. She had captioned and said: “Jermaine smacking me in the head when walking by him after their defeat Saturday,”

Burton had attacked another fan first before striking Emily Isaacs, as per another Tiktok post. He can be seen attempting to slap the phone as the Volunteers fan storms the field and gets within a few feet away from the Alabama wideout in a video uploaded by a user going by the name “jojonosiwa_.”

On Wednesday, the incident was addressed by Nick Saban, the head coach of Alabama. He said: “We are aware of the situation with Jermaine Burton as he left the field on Saturday. “We are still compiling additional data.”

Meanwhile, the college football supporters were disgusted by Burton’s unlawful actions and resorted to social media to express their outrage:

One of the fans, Brandon Payne, tweeted: “Saban is a spineless coward if he doesn’t kick Jermaine Burton off the team.” Other says: “I have been, and remain, grateful that Jermaine Burton left UGA.”

Tony Simms has said: “The SEC should do something about Jermaine Burton’s actions postgame. But I bet they won’t, despite clear evidence he struck a fan in the head and then knocked a camera out of someone’s hands.”
