In Ankush Maruti Shinde and Ors. v State of Maharashtra, the accused/appellants were convicted of murder and sentenced to death by the Sessions Court, which was later confirmed by the High Court. They appealed their convictions and sentences, claiming that there was insufficient evidence against them.

Justice Mr. Shah wrote the Bench’s opinion in this case on behalf of himself, Justice Abdul Nazeer, and Justice Sikri. According to Justice Shah, a fair investigation and trial were not conducted in this case.

Mukeshkumar began his legal career as an attorney in the Gujarat High Court shortly after receiving his law degree. Mukeshkumar was the Additional Standing Counsel for the Central Government and the C.B.I.’s Retainer Counsel.

Shah also represented a number of municipalities, Nagarpalikas, Panchayats, educational institutions, and insurance companies.

Shah had worked as an attorney in the Gujarat High Court for more than 20 years, appearing in a significant number of cases in many fields of law, including topics of constitutional importance and high public interest.

Judge In Hospital After Heart Attack and Illness

Justice Mr. Shah suffered a heart attack on Thursday and was airlifted from Himachal Pradesh to Delhi.

Supreme Court counsel and BJP national spokesman Gaurav Bhatia tweeted that Justice Shah was attacked in Himachal Pradesh and that efforts were being made to get him to Delhi as soon as possible. “Praying to God for his quick recovery,” Gaurav said on Twitter.

According to reports, Justice Mr. Shah’s health is serious. People are hoping for his quick recovery and for him to return to his usual life.

Justice Mr. Shah has been placed under surveillance and is receiving excellent care at the hospital.

Justice Mr. Shah has not yet made any public statements on his martial status. Justice Mr. Shah looks to be married, but he has not revealed any details about his personal life to the public.

Justice Mr. Shah was born on May 16, 1958, to his parents and is currently 64 years old. According to astrology, Mr. Shah was born under the zodiac sign of Taurus.

Mukeshkumar has not provided any information about his parents, although he looks to have had loving and caring parents who took wonderful care of him.

On 7 March 2004, Shah was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court, and on 22 June 2005, Shah was appointed as a Permanent Judge.

On August 12, 2018, he was named Chief Justice of the Patna High Court. On November 2, 2018, he was appointed to the Supreme Court of India.
