According to news, everything started when Jose found an elderly woman named Nanay Josie living in a wheelchair on the streets back in 2019.
After some research Hallorina discovered the elderly woman was related to public figure Donnalyn Bartolome. In fact, the elderly woman was Bartolome’s grandmother’s sister.
Nanay, the elderly woman, lived with Donnalyn and her family in their house for almost two years before she was kicked out of the family home and forced to live on the streets. She might not have her own place or family to live with.
The YouTuber allegedly had an agreement of deleting all videos related to Nanay if she would be taken in by Bartolome’s family and sheltered but he later received a letter from Donnalyn and her lawyers. Jose said he would face them in court.
Now much later, Jose claims he won the case against Bartolome and her lawyers. However, Donnalyn refused to have sued Jose and they never went to court according to Kami.
She also said, she would not drag the case any further and would not speak about it in public but she has warned people about the fake donation collection by Jose and not to donate anything to him to provide shelter for Nanay.
