Steve, “You’re in love with Tony DiMera. Maybe she thinks she’s Anna.”

Sarah was in a state of confusion as she didn’t recognize her name when Kayla said it to her.

According to spoilers, Sarah could have been drugged by Kristen. Then, she reads Renee’s diary and believes herself to be Rene.
