Richard Quest Arrested: What Did The CNN Anchor Do?

Richard Quest was arrested in New York City’s Central Park with drug charges in 2008. 

 

 

According to the Huff Post, Richard was caught red-handed with drugs in Central Park. Methamphetamine was discovered in his left jacket pocket by police. He was not in a stable condition, and there was a rope around his neck tied to his genitals, as well as a sex toy in his boot, according to dispatchers.

Richard was also a regular presenter on the BBC’s early-morning Business Breakfast program. He joined CNN in 2001 to help launch Business International. Since then, he has covered a variety of programs highlighting business details, including events involving the British Royal Family.

Richard Quest tied the knot with his long-term partner Chris Pepesterny in October 2020. Seemingly, the husband of Richard is a weather reporter. 

 

 

Reportedly, in March 2020, the two love birds, he and his male partner Chris were forced to postpone their wedding, but they promised to tie the knot in a classy way before the end of the year.  

We must say that Richard began his career in the BBC network as part of the then-new BBC News 24 channel.

At the time, Richard worked as a business correspondent, reporting and discussing the global stock market in a regular segment called World Business Report, which aired between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. (GMT), and which he co-hosted with Paddy O’Connell.
