Robbie Dunne ‘Jockey’ Wikipedia Details

Robbie Dunne, a Jockey has yet to appear on the official Wikipedia website. Meanwhile, many other online portals have covered him since the controversy.

Dunne is one of the senior members of the weighing room. He has had the record of a career-best total of 44 wins in 2020/21.

 

 

This placed him among the top 20 jump jockeys last season. Prior to his suspension, he was serving as a freelancer.

One of his biggest wins was in the 2015 Scottish Grand National on Wayward Prince. Followingly, he is also the winner of the 2017 Eider Chase on Mysteree for Michael Scudamore.

Robbie Dunne Sentence Shortened On Bryony Frost Case

Robbie Dunne was sentenced to 18-months on Bryony frost which was later shortened to 10 months.

According to the reports, Dunne first threatened to cause Frost serious physical harm. He also used foul, sexually abusive, and misogynistic language toward her.

Frost further claimed that Dunne removed his towel and “shook himself” in front of her in the men changing room. The female jockeys would sometimes go there to collect kits.

 

 

Dunne has completely denied the allegations against him. Dunne claimed it had been “illegitimate” to find him in breach of conduct prejudicial to racing.

Robbie Dunne Ban

The famous jockey Robbie Dunne is on ban following the allegation of harassing his fellow jockey.

Louis Weston, for the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), stated that Dunne has damaged the reputation of the sport. The statement also reads that his conduct was”beyond a spat”.

The reports state the incident has left Bryony Frost,  a professional athlete, in tears and scared of going to work. Dunne has admitted one breach of the rules by behaving in a violent or improper manner towards Frost on 3 September 2020.

However, he had denied other similar charges against him. Furthermore, he also did not admit to bullying and harassing her between 12 February and 3 September.
