Sam Frost has gone through her a weight loss transformation through a diet plan and training before she appeared as a bachelorette in its first season. She lost about 10 kg, and she felt proud of her body after the transformation.

Sam gained a slim body with the help of fitness trainer Blake Worrall-Thompson. Blake focused on high-impact and high-attack weight training to burn the fat on her body. 

Frost revelead that she had trained for five days a week and focused more on healthy eating. She also revealed that while staying at the Bachelor’s mansion for The Bachelors, her diet was messed up as she was often eating chocolates and a heap of bread.

Sam also revealed that she suffered from anxiety-triggered weight loss through one of her candid posts and shared how you can regain your appetite.

Sam Frost doesn’t seem to be pregnant at the moment. But pregnancy rumors are not new to the actress as she is constantly surrounded by them.

She has also co-hosted the breakfast radio show for 2Day FM and also got nominated for Logie Award for Most Popular New Talent in 2018.

Before venturing out into the Entertainment industry, Sam used to work as a financial consultant for the BMW group. Similarly, Sam and her sister launched a foundation called Believe by Sam Frost in 2020 which aims to focus on mental health.

Sam Frost was recently seen talking on the radio show Nova FM’s Fitzy and Wippa. During the radio show, she revealed that she is seeing someone and it was her brother’s friend.

During the show, when she was asked if he is the same as her brother age, she said yes and was shy talking about her new blossomed relationship. She might reveal the thorough details later in the future
