Mugler stated that he had a brilliant idea while undergoing leg surgery. He specifically requested that his face be done while he was sedated.
During the procedure, the surgeon extracted a bone from the designer’s hip and inserted it into his chins. He claims that he is entirely composed of bones and that he contains no silicon.
