Was Black Hotel Guest Jason Rabe Arrested?
Jason Rabe, a hotel guest, yells racial slurs and assaults a black employee. When the cops arrive, they arrest the black employee instead.
A Best Western Hotel guest chanted racial slurs and physically abused a hotel employee in January.
The visitor’s name was Jason Rabe, and the hotel employee’s name was Raymond Rachal. The incident began when Rabe began shouting slurs at Rachal, who in turn canceled the guest’s stay at the hotel.

Rabe was a guest at Best Western Hotel but his visit was cut short by an employee after he called racial slurs. The hotel employee, Raymond Rachal was a man of color and he immediately canceled Rabe’s stay at the hotel.

There has been no information on the arrest of hotel guest Jason Rabe. He allegedly chanted racial slurs and confronted Rachal in a physical confrontation.
After he was denied the stay, Rabe left the hotel but later returned and immediately rushed toward Rachal. He pushed him and punched him in the face which started a brawl.
Jason Rabe Caught On Camera While Assaulting Hotel Clerk
Everything that was happening inside the Best Western Hotel was caught on a security camera.
In the video, we can see that Raymond Rachal is sitting behind his desk, doing his work. Rabe is caught charging at Rachal but the hotel guest miserably loses the fight.
Rachal pins him down while a bystander calls the police. But there seems to be some misunderstanding as the police arrest him instead. Although he can be seen trying to explain what happened, the authorities take Rachal away in handcuffs.

There is no news of him being released after he was wrongfully arrested by the police for self-defense.
That cop who made that fake statement about Raymond Rachal attacking him should be charged and arrested and tried for making false statements/charges and assault and racial discrimination!

Rachal was accused of several charges along with resisting officers with violence. Although he tried to explain the situation, the officers didn’t even look at the security footage. Just because of his skin color, Rachal was arrested despite he was acting in self-defense.
This has enraged many people and they have started sharing it on social media platforms. People are demanding the authorities look into the case properly and arrest Jason Rabe as Rachal is the victim here.
