Moreover, Max was drunk. He had been drinking liquor on a Frontier Airlines flight in August 2021 from Philadelphia to Miami. Max spilled his drink on himself and a flight attendant, and to clean up, went to the bathroom and came out without his shirt. The flight attendants tried to help him, but he groped the female beasts.
