Dieter Brummer, known for his role as Shane Parrish on the TV soap Home And Away between 1992 and 1996, was found dead in Glenhaven, Sydney, on July 24, 2021.

The officials stated that his death was not treated as suspicious. New South Wales Police Force officials discovered him after responding to a concern for welfare report.

 

 

Brummer’s family said that they had lost their handsome, talented, complicated, funny, and beloved Dieter. His death left a massive hole in the lives of his family, and their world would never be the same.

The actor was enormously famous for the TV soap Home and Away. The Seven Network, which airs TV soap Home and Away in Australia, added that it was deeply devastating listening to the news.

Home and Away star Dieter Brummer was just 45 when he was found dead by suicide at his home in Glenhaven, Sydney, during a welfare check.

His friends and colleagues offered an insight into the tragic circumstances surrounding Dieter’s death. His mother, Dawn, is also preparing to write a book on Dieter’s battle with depression, reports Daily Mail Australia.

Days before his tragic death, one of his old friends had been offered work washing the windows of a prestigious apartment building in central Sydney. His final photo showed him with a beard nestled amongst the city’s skyline.

 

 

He stated that he was looking forward to a future working high above Covid breakdown, which was apparently ‘ravaging’ Sydney. Unfortunately, just two days later, the government paused all construction work in the city for two weeks.

The lockdown was a devastating blow for Dieter, who took his own life at his Glenhaven home in the city’s northwest just a week after the government announced the restrictions. Â
