Alan Fletcher is an Australian theatre, television, and film actor and musician.

Fletcher is best known for playing Karl Kennedy in the TV soap opera Neighbors; his on-screen wife is played by Jackie Woodburne, who also played his sister in the cop drama Cop Shop.

Fletcher began his career as a production assistant on shows like Cop Shop, a police drama, and The Love Boat, a US sitcom.

Fletcher also fronts Tommy Rando, Chris Hawker, and drummer Jeff Consi in the Waiting Room band. The band has done several tours in the United Kingdom.

When he appeared on Monday’s This Morning to discuss the end of the long-running series, the Australian actor looked drastically different.

Alan, better known as Dr. Karl Kennedy, joined Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield online to express his feelings over Channel 5’s cancellation of the show.

Fletcher looked to be in good health at the moment. The acting bug hit me at a young age, with roles in school performances.

Alan’s enthusiasm for acting grew while attending Wesley College, with prominent roles in plays ranging from Shakespeare to Schafer.
