Chris was born on February 22, 1974, according to his biography.
From 2004 to 2012, he hosted The Chris Moyles Show on BBC Radio 1 and from 2009 to 2012, he hosted Chris Moyles’ Quiz Night on Channel 4.
Moyles has worked for a number of radio stations, including Radio Luxembourg and Capital FM (under the pseudonym of Chris Holmes). Moyles joined BBC Radio 1 in July 1997 and remained there until September 2012.
He hosted the early breakfast show, a Saturday morning show, and the drive time show from September 1998 to December 2003, before returning to host the breakfast show from 5 January 2004 to 14 September 2012.
Until September 2009, he was the longest-serving breakfast broadcaster on BBC Radio 1.
Moyles has become famous for his maverick bad-boy broadcasting style on BBC Radio 1 and has been entangled in various controversies, including charges of sexism and homophobia, as a result of his statements on the air and in the press.

Chris Moyles, a radio DJ, was photographed leaving the Global Radio studios on Wednesday, continuing to flaunt his incredible six-stone weight loss.
The 46-year-old walked around London’s Leicester Square in the heat, wearing a basic black T-shirt and dark blue shorts.
Chris recently discussed his weight loss and how difficult it is to keep his new figure.
Chris admitted to Ross Kemp on his podcast The Kempcast that he still suffers from body dysmorphia despite losing 18 stone and dropping to 12 stone.
He admits to following a strict diet that included weighing himself every day and not eating much from Monday to Friday before splurging on weekends.
