In the interview with Good Housing, the Microsoft CEO had shared and credited much of his compassionate personality to his physically challenged eldest kid, Zain. His son was born weighing just three pounds due to fetal asphyxiation.
They also discussed how technology had assisted in keeping their son alive. For example, Microsoft’s A.I. technology-assisted visually impaired people by allowing them to see other humans, interpret their emotions, and interpret a menu.
As a result, Zain assisted his father in becoming more empathetic toward others, allowing Microsoft’s vision to become more accessible to people, particularly those with disabilities.
