Gerald Migdol is the founder of Migdol Organisation. His firm is a real estate management and developing company.

It company offers supplementary social services, legal and security firms, and a number of non-profits dedicated to the health, education, and welfare of the Harlem neighborhood.

Migdol is an attorney and is well trained in the construction trades, as noted on his company’s website.

He has been buying and developing cities for more than 40 years now. Throughout his management, he has managed thousands of apartments.

He is also involved in charitable activities. His family formed The Daniel Migdol Memorial Fund to help young people in need after his son Daniel died in Harlem in 2008.

Gerald Migdol was arrested on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. He is facing federal conspiracy charges.

He is accused of hiding contributions to a New York City comptroller candidate in order to receive additional public-matching funds.

Migdol was indicted in November 2021 for funneling illegal campaign contributions. Although, the campaigner was not named.

Federal officials had targeted Benjamin and his campaign advisers sometimes. He has now finally turned himself into authority.

According to Democrat & Chronicle, Benjamin is accused of conspiring with Migdol, who is referred to as  “CC-1,” or campaign contributor 1.

The documents also read that Benjamin had secured $50,000 in grants for a nonprofit organization controlled by Migdol.

Some of the amounts were donated to the Harlem schools, as mentioned in the filings.

Benjamin is scheduled to appear in federal court in New York City. The FBI’s are expected to announce the details of the charges on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Gerald Migdol’s net worth is expected to be more than $ 5 million USD in 2022. He has impressive wealth and had been involved in charity work.

Migdol is also an attorney and a businessman who owns a real estate company. Moreover, has funded State Senate Brian Benjamin.
