Kyle Initiates Legal Proceedings Against ARN Following Recent Termination

0

Kyle Sandilands has embarked on legal action against his former employer, ARN Media, following the abrupt termination of his $100 million contract last week.

Legal documents were served on Friday to the Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), a branch of ARN responsible for the KIIS 1065 Sydney license and Sandilands’ contract.

ARN disclosed this development in a market update released to the ASX earlier today.

Sandilands’ legal representatives contend that ARN’s accusation of “serious misconduct,” allegedly stemming from an on-air dispute with co-host Jackie O Henderson, is unfounded.

They assert that his dismissal on these grounds is, therefore, unjustifiable.

“They allege that there was no act of serious misconduct or breach of contract, and that the termination was unconscionable under the Australian Consumer Law,” the statement from ARN reads.

“The applicants seek an order for specific performance of two contracts, payment of whatever amounts are due and payable under the contracts at the time of judgment, and damages.”

ARN disputes Sandilands’ claims and said it intends to defend the proceedings.

It could be a costly legal battle, given that there was believed to be more than $80 million still on Sandilands’ 10-year contract.

“Given the early stage of the matter, ARN is unable to reliably estimate the outcome or any potential financial impact,” the statement said.

Sandilands announced his contract with ARN had been terminated last Wednesday.

He said in a statement at the time that he planned to take legal action and alleged that the network wanted a way out of the $100 million deal with him.

“They thought they saw a chance to get out of the contract they signed with me a year ago, and they ran with it,” Sandilands claimed.

Henderson is also reportedly considering legal action after she was taken off air in February.

Iran Challenges Trump’s Ceasefire Assertion with Ominous Warning

0

Iran has issued a provocative response to former U.S. President Donald Trump following his assertion that the United States had decided to suspend attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure after what he described as ‘very good’ negotiations with Tehran.

According to a report from Fars News Agency, which is associated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, an Iranian official dismissed Trump’s claims, stating there has been ‘no direct or indirect contact’ with him.

The unidentified source suggested that Trump reconsidered his stance after learning that Iran’s potential targets could include all power stations across West Asia.

Adding to the rhetoric, Iranian Major General Abdollahi declared, “The deployment of a new, secret weapon will commence soon, and it will effectively terminate the enemy’s operations.”

These comments emerged shortly after Trump announced that the United States and Iran had engaged in ‘productive conversations aimed at achieving a full and total resolution of our hostilities.’

Markets lurched on Trump’s announcement, initially surging before pulling back. Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, swung from $92 a barrel to as high as $103 in chaotic trading.

The Dow swung 700 points before the opening bell and was last up around 1.4 percent.

Trump said he had ordered the Pentagon ‘to postpone any and all military strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure’ for five days, speaking to Fox Business and CNBC on Monday morning as he sought to soothe markets.

He warned that the cessation of the strikes was ‘subject to the success of the ongoing meetings and discussions.’

Trump’s ceasefire announcement comes after he threatened over the weekend to bomb Iran’s electricity grid unless the regime reopened the Strait of Hormuz with 48 hours.

Iran responded by ignoring Trump’s deadline, vowing to strike water and energy facilities in the Middle East.

Trump had downplayed any sense of ongoing diplomacy with Tehran amid the secret peace talks this weekend.

Iranian authorities also warned they would deploy naval mines across the Gulf on Monday if the US attempted to invade its coastline or islands.

Iran’s closure of the Strait of Hormuz since the start of the war has caused a global oil and energy crisis.

Gas prices have surged to an average of $4.00 a gallon nationwide up from $2.90 before the conflict began three weeks ago.

Tehran has not promised to reopen the passageway. Iran’s stranglehold over the strait is seen as its greatest leverage over the US in the ongoing conflict.

It remains unclear what Trump’s ceasefire framework will cover or whether Israel will feature in the discussions.

US and Iranian diplomats have previously clashed over the regime’s ballistic missile and nuclear enrichment programs, as well as their current defense stockpiles.

Viral Photos Spotlight Billy Bob Thornton’s Dramatic Hair Transformation Journey

Hair loss is a phenomenon that spares no one, not even the glittering stars of Hollywood. While celebrities often have the means to undergo hair transplants, these procedures can be intrusive and come with an uncomfortable recovery period. However, when executed with precision, the results can be remarkable, making the temporary discomfort a small price to pay to maintain their public image. Among the many celebrities who seem to have taken this route is “Landman” star Billy Bob Thornton. Although Thornton has not publicly confirmed undergoing a hair transplant, a glance at his before-and-after photos suggests otherwise.

Back in 1999, as Thornton was busy promoting his film “Pushing Tin,” alongside future wife Angelina Jolie, his career was soaring. But his hair was another story. During this period, Thornton’s hair appeared notably thinning, with significant loss at the top by the time the film’s press tour commenced.

Fast forward to the 2017 Golden Globes, and Thornton emerged with a head full of salt-and-pepper hair, complete with medium-length bangs. The transformation was so significant that it raised eyebrows. While one might whimsically consider a miraculous hair revival, the simplest explanation is often the correct one. Thus, it seems likely that Thornton benefited from a successful and natural-looking hair transplant.

Hair transplants, though effective, carry the risk of variable outcomes. Some celebrities invest heavily in restoring their hair, only to find the results fall short. Fortunately for Thornton, whatever he did to reclaim his hair was successful. But he had a contingency plan just in case: hats.

Known for his impressive hat collection, Thornton frequently pairs them with scrub caps or scarves, a signature look that hasn’t gone unnoticed. This double-layered hat fashion even caught the attention of TMZ, which questioned him about it in November 2024. His response? “It’s just kind of a thing I saw a friend of mine do years ago … and I thought, ‘You know what? I like that.’ So I just started doing it.”

Billy Bob Thornton usually keeps his hair covered

Hair transplants, while quite effective at restoring hair loss, can actually be hit or miss. Unfortunately, some celebs end up spending a fortune on the procedure, only for it not to take. Fortunately, whatever Billy Bob Thornton did to restore his hair worked, but he already had a backup plan in case it didn’t stick: hats.

The actor has become known for his extensive hat collection, which he often wears in pairs with a scrub cap or scarf. The peculiar practice has attracted so much attention that TMZ even asked him about it in November 2024. “It’s just kind of a thing I saw a friend of mine do years ago … and I thought, ‘You know what? I like that.’ So I just started doing it.”

With that said, he gave a different answer for his multi-hat situation in January 2026. While speaking with “CBS Mornings” about this personal style (and while wearing the hat in the photo above), Thornton shared his hilarious reasoning for pairing his hats with other head coverings. “I put it on, but they don’t work by themselves,” he said about why he wouldn’t wear a singular beanie (via People). “You look like a pinhead if you wear it by itself,” he continued, adding, “So I thought, what if I put this [red hat] on top?” Simple as that!

Brunswick Police Launch Investigation into Pair of Linked Weekend Shootings

0

In a weekend marked by gunfire, Brunswick, Georgia witnessed two shooting incidents that, thankfully, resulted in no injuries, though they did leave behind significant damage to buildings and vehicles, according to the Brunswick Police Department.

The first of these incidents unfolded on Sunday, March 22, around 2 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the Brooklyn Homes North apartments on Stonewall Street following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they found multiple vehicles damaged along with a building in the complex showing signs of structural harm.

While investigating the scene, officers were alerted to a second shooting incident near the 2400 block of Cleburne Street. This event is suspected to be linked to the initial shots fired at Brooklyn Homes.

At the Cleburne Street location, authorities discovered additional shell casings and further vehicle damage, painting a picture of a troubling and related sequence of events.

Officers arrived to the second location to find more shell casings and damaged vehicles.

Investigators said they found two possible suspect vehicles through surveillance footage; a white Ford Escape and a dark-colored Buick LaCrosse.

Both cars were later found parked and were towed for evidence processing.

BPD said no arrests have been made at this time, but investigators have persons of interest and are actively working to find them.

Understanding Rotator Cuff Tear Symptoms and Effective Home Exercises for Alleviating Shoulder Pain

0

Recently, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, underwent surgery to address a rotator cuff injury, drawing attention to this prevalent shoulder issue. Even at 72, Kennedy’s experience underscores how such injuries can affect those who lead active lives. The road to recovery typically involves physical therapy and a careful reintroduction to regular activities. Many individuals encounter similar challenges, and performing exercises at home can alleviate pain before seeking professional treatment.

What to Know About RFK Jr.’s Rotator Cuff Injury

On March 10, 2026, RFK Jr. underwent arthroscopic surgery to mend his torn rotator cuff. While he plans to resume his responsibilities soon, medical experts caution that the healing process, which includes wearing a sling and engaging in therapy, can be uncomfortable. This recovery journey is common, with patients gradually regaining strength over several weeks despite initial discomfort.

These injuries are not just limited to high-profile individuals but affect everyday people as well. Take, for instance, a recreational athlete like Maria, who dismissed a minor shoulder twinge after playing tennis. Her condition eventually worsened, necessitating a surgical procedure similar to Kennedy’s. This scenario highlights the importance of addressing shoulder pain early to avoid more invasive treatments.

What Is a Rotator Cuff Tear?

According to Theresa Marko, PT, DPT, a New York City-based physical therapist, the rotator cuff consists of four muscles and their tendons that facilitate shoulder and arm movement. These are the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis, all of which play a crucial role in stabilizing the shoulder joint.

A rotator cuff tear occurs when one or more of these tendons either partially or completely detach from the bone. While partial tears maintain some degree of attachment, complete tears result in a full separation from the bone. Such injuries can stem from sudden trauma or develop gradually over time due to wear and tear.

Rotator Cuff Tear Symptoms to Watch For

Pain at rest or night, especially lying on the shoulder, signals trouble. Weakness when lifting or reaching overhead follows, along with popping sounds during motion.

Limited range of motion and arm fatigue complete the picture. A Finnish study found 99% of people over 40 have rotator cuff issues on MRI, though not all hurt. That weakness? It sidelined a construction worker I know until he spotted it early.

Rotator Cuff Tears Are More Common with Age

Tears rise sharply after 50: 13% in ages 50-59, 20% in 60-69, 31% in 70-79, and 51% over 80, per a study of 411 asymptomatic shoulders. Degeneration frays tendons like rope ends over time.

Overhead activities or falls speed it in youth, but age drives most cases. Statistics show MRIs reveal pathology in nearly all over 60.

When to See a Doctor About Rotator Cuff Pain

Seek care if pain disrupts sleep, daily tasks, or shows swelling and redness. Weakness or motion loss demands prompt evaluation.

“If you suspect a rotator cuff tear, don’t hesitate to consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and to discuss the best course of action for regaining shoulder strength and function,” says Brian Lee, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedics in Los Angeles. Imaging confirms tears; delay risks worsening.

Rotator Cuff Exercises to Ease Pain at Home

These gentle moves build stability without strain. Start slow, 8-12 reps, 2-3 sets daily. Stop if pain sharpens.

Shoulder Blade Squeeze

Sit or stand tall, arms at sides. Squeeze shoulder blades together and down; hold 6 seconds, relax.

This strengthens scapular muscles supporting the cuff. Feel that gentle pull? It counters slouch from desk work.

Cross-Body Stretch

Extend one arm across chest at shoulder height. Use opposite hand to pull gently toward body; hold 30 seconds.

Targets posterior cuff for better flexibility. Repeat per side; a patient eased her overhead reach this way.

Texas Man Arrested for Desecrating Cemetery, Throwing Human Remains Over FBI Dallas Fence

0

In a bizarre and unsettling incident, a Texas resident has been charged after allegedly tossing a container filled with human remains at the FBI’s Dallas Field Office and sharing the spectacle on YouTube.

The individual in question, Michael Chadwick Fry, is facing serious charges including two counts of corpse abuse and evidence tampering. Authorities report that these remains were illicitly taken from a cemetery in Denton, Texas, as detailed in a statement released by Bartonville Police.

Police Say Michael Fry Filmed Himself Throwing Remains Over FBI Fence

The investigation was set in motion on March 16, following a call to police by Fry’s mother, who expressed concerns about her son’s suspicious actions. According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Oxygen, she informed police Lt. Colby Scudder that Fry had requested money from her to rent a U-Haul, claiming he needed it to transport a body. Alarmed by his request, she contacted authorities after Fry left her property in an agitated state.

As police initiated their search for Fry, his sister brought forward troubling information. She reported that Fry had uploaded a video on YouTube, showcasing himself at the FBI’s Dallas office, where he brazenly threw a “large white bucket” containing human bones over the fence.

In the video, titled “We send Elizabeth over the FBI fence to summon them by force,” Fry purportedly stated his intention was to capture the attention of the FBI through this shocking act, as per details in the affidavit.

“The Defendant frames this as a way to ‘summon them by force’ and compel the FBI to intervene in what he describes as wrongdoing by Denton County officials from a past arrest,” Lt. Scudder wrote in the probable cause affidavit. “The video then shows the Defendant throwing a large white bucket that is closed over the fence into the secure parking lot of the FBI building.”

It’s unclear what alleged wrongdoing Fry—who has a criminal record dating back to 2003, according to jail records reviewed by Oxygen—was referring to in the video.

The FBI later confirmed the bucket contained what “appeared to be human bones,” according to the court document.

Michael Fry Allegedly Filmed YouTube Video With Human Skull, Urn

As police took a deeper look into Fry’s YouTube account, titled “Fry and Barto news! Where we reveal mass killers,” they found another short video of him at his home in Bartonville with a human skull, per the affidavit.

“In the video the skull appears to have dirt and hair still connected, along with leaves and other organic matter which appeared to be a real human skull,” Scudder wrote. “The Defendant calls this skull ‘Elizabeth Virginia Lyon’. This leads Your Affiant to believe that the bones from the FBI Field Office and this skull are connected from the same human remains.”

Another video showed him with an urn of ashes, Bartonville Police noted in the statement announcing Fry’s arrest.

“Investigators later determined that Fry had stolen an urn containing human remains from a cemetery in Oklahoma City, OK,” police said. “The Oklahoma City Police Department had an active case from February of this year related to the theft.”

FBI agents also found evidence that Fry allegedly removed a coffin containing human remains from a mausoleum in Denton, Texas, police said.

In addition, Fry’s mother discovered GPS history in her vehicle that included three searches for cemeteries, according to the affidavit, including one in Arlington, Texas and two more in Oklahoma City. Plus, she uncovered a shovel at her house that she had never seen before and told authorities that Fry had begun to lock the shed in the backyard, per the court records.

Fry was arrested and taken into custody after a search warrant was issued at his home March 18. Police said the case remains “active and ongoing,” and noted that they have notified the families of the victims of the alleged thefts.

Fry is currently being held in the Denton County jail on a $30,000 surety bond, according to court records reviewed by Oxygen. It’s unclear whether he has retained an attorney. Oxygen reached out to the Denton County public defender’s office, but did not receive an immediate reply.

Fry made headlines in 2018 after he allegedly crashed a truck into the FOX 4 building in Downtown Dallas, the outlet reported. After crashing the vehicle, Fry allegedly threw sheets of paper onto the sidewalk and left an orange duffel bag, leading to the deployment of the bomb squad. At the time, he was allegedly upset about a 2012 police shooting that killed his friend, per NBC News, and was charged with second-degree criminal mischief. It’s unclear what became of those charges.

Newark Airport Chaos: Smoke Forces Control Tower Evacuation, Halting Flights

0

In a significant disruption on Monday morning, Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey temporarily ceased all incoming and outgoing flights. This suspension occurred after air traffic controllers were forced to evacuate their tower due to smoke infiltrating the area from an elevator.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed the shutdown but refrained from commenting further on the exact source or composition of the smoke, according to a report by the Associated Press.

During the incident, FAA personnel were moved to a backup facility at the airport, as stated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which oversees airport operations. Fortunately, staff were able to return to the main control tower shortly after.

This incident at Newark Liberty is unrelated to a separate fatal accident that occurred at New York’s LaGuardia Airport on Sunday night.

Earlier this month, four airports serving Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Richmond, Virginia, halted all flights for over an hour because of a strong chemical smell that was impeding air traffic controllers.

Federal Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said the source of the strong odor was traced to a circuit board that overheated and was replaced.

The Newark Liberty was not related to a fatal accident at New York’s LaGuardia Airport on Sunday night.

In that episode, two people were killed and several others were seriously injured when an Air Canada regional jet struck a fire truck on a runway while landing, as Breitbart News reported.

Shanann Watts’ Father Reveals Years of Online Torment Following Chris Watts Tragedy

0

In 2018, Chris Watts entered a guilty plea that effectively concluded the legal proceedings concerning his heinous crimes. However, for the family of his wife, Shanann Watts, this marked the beginning of a prolonged ordeal involving continual online harassment and defamation.

Fast forward nearly eight years, Shanann’s family members continue to grapple with persistent and harsh harassment online, an ordeal they say is driven by conspiracy theories and an obsession with true crime narratives. These experiences, they argue, are both cruel and unending.

“I never saw so much evil in this world. Towards us, towards other victims,” Shanann’s father, Frank Rzucek, shared in a recent Fox Nation special. This special, which delves into the family’s ongoing struggles, became available for streaming on March 23 on Fox One.

Chris Watts was sentenced in November 2018 to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the murders of his wife, Shanann Watts, and their young daughters, Bella and Celeste. At the age of 33, Watts admitted guilt to all the charges against him, a decision that led prosecutors to forego pursuing the death penalty, according to the Weld County District Attorney’s office.

Chris and Shanann Watts with their two daughters posing in an undated photo.

The public is reminded of Chris and Shanann Watts through family photos, such as those shared on social media, showing a seemingly happy family before the tragedy unfolded.

Rzucek and other relatives say the online messages distorted Shanann Watts’ life and character, or falsely suggested that her family was somehow involved in or responsible for the killings.

“And, you know, the hate has got to stop. They had nothing to do with it but lose a loved one. Or in my case, it was four,” Rzucek said, referring to his daughter, granddaughters and Shanann’s unborn child.

Immediately after the crime, in August 2018, Watts told responding officers from the Frederick Police Department in Colorado that his wife and two young daughters had “vanished.”

“My kids are my life,” he told KMGH. “I mean, those smiles light up my life. When I came home and then walked in the house, nothing. Vanished. Nothing was here.”

Within days of the disappearance, Chris Watts was arrested and the bodies of his pregnant wife and children were found.

A break in the case came after a neighbor provided home security video showing Chris backing up his truck into the driveway early in the morning the day Shanann and the children disappeared. The video did not show Shanann or the children leaving. Along with the video, authorities also tracked Watts’ digital footprint, including his cellphone data and GPS tracking data.

After failing a polygraph on Aug. 15, 2018, he confessed during an interview. He led investigators to an oil and gas site operated by Anadarko Petroleum near Roggen, Colorado, where the bodies were recovered.

Shanann Watts, who was approximately 15 weeks pregnant at the time, was found in a shallow grave. Bella and Celeste were found, authorities said, inside separate crude oil storage tanks at the same site. Their bodies were recovered after the tanks were drained.

In 2025, Shanann’s brother, Frankie Rzucek, won a defamation and harassment lawsuit in the United Kingdom against a YouTuber accused of spreading false claims about the family. The case resulted in the creator being ordered to shut down the channel, which is believed to be the first time in the U.K. a conspiracy-focused YouTube account was removed following a legal ruling tied to harassment and defamation.

The family said the legal victory marked a turning point but did not end the broader problem.

“You can’t stop nobody from doing anything because they say it’s freedom of speech. Well, there is freedom of speech, and there’s freedom of hate, too,” Rzucek said.

In the United States, Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act largely shields platforms from liability for content they did not create. The law has been credited with enabling the growth of social media but has also been criticized for limiting recourse for victims of online abuse.

On the 30th anniversary of Section 230, lawmakers made efforts to reform the law, debating whether platforms should bear greater responsibility for harmful or defamatory content shared on their services.

“It’s mostly unregulated,” attorney Tom Grant told Fox Nation, pointing to the difficulty families face in trying to remove harmful content or hold creators accountable.

The harassment has not been limited to public posts. Family members say they have received direct messages and other communications that they describe as threatening and deeply personal, compounding their loss.

Lena Derhally, a psychotherapist and author, said some people turn to alternative narratives or blame victims to impose order on events that feel senseless.

“People want to try to make sense of the world, and so, they don’t want to believe that this type of evil exists,” Derhally told Fox Nation. “And so, I think though that’s why we’re seeing so much of this victim blaming.”

Alleged Road Rage Incident: Suspect Accused of Assaulting Pregnant Driver, Attacking Good Samaritan, and Biting Officer

0

Inset: Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell (Orange County Jail). Background: Shaffer-Brockwell”s arrest during a road rage incident (Orlando Police Department).

A 38-year-old woman from Florida is accused of assaulting a pregnant driver in a road rage episode, attacking a 68-year-old woman who intervened, and biting a police officer during her arrest.

Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell faces charges that include burglary, aggravated battery on a pregnant individual, battery on a person aged 65 or older, and resisting arrest with violence.

The altercation took place on February 23 near Millenia Boulevard and Millenia Plaza Way in Orlando. Authorities shared surveillance video capturing Shaffer-Brockwell allegedly exiting her SUV in traffic to confront the pregnant driver. The footage shows her climbing onto the car’s hood, striking it, then opening the driver’s door and repeatedly hitting the victim. The pregnant woman was accompanied by a child in her vehicle.

According to a police report obtained by the local Fox affiliate WOFL, Shaffer-Brockwell shouted, “Honk at me again,” at the victim.

The victim claimed that Shaffer-Brockwell had been repeatedly brake-checking her before escalating to physical confrontation.

Shaffer-Brockwell then allegedly attacked a 68-year-old woman who had gotten out of her car to intervene, scratching her face. The suspect fled, but officers who responded to the scene quickly located her after being provided with a description of her by the victims.

But Shaffer-Brockwell apparently wasn’t done with her rage.

Cops allege Shaffer-Brockwell resisted arrest. Body camera footage showed Shaffer-Brockwell pulling her arms away from the officer as he tried to place her into custody.

“Tell me why,” the suspect said, per the video.

The officer said he was arresting her for battery as he tried to take her into custody. Eventually, he pinned her to the ground. But Shaffer-Brockwell bit him, the video showed.

“Don’t bite me,” the officer exclaimed.

“Get the f— off me,” Shaffer-Brockwell screamed.

Cops arrested her and took her to the Orange County Jail. She has a court date scheduled for March 30.
