In 1957, our cosmic sojourn began with the Soviet satellite Sputnik breaching our atmosphere. Invideo AI functions similarly, turning your ideas into visually stunning videos with just a simple prompt. But hold on, there’s more to it. Add subtitles, tweak the music volume, or switch the voiceover to a British female voice – all with a few words. The possibilities are astounding, and we’ve only scratched the surface. Stay tuned, as I’ll guide you through starting a TikTok automation business using this powerful tool.

### Getting Started with Invideo AI

To access Invideo AI, follow the link in the description. Create a free account, and you’ll land on a user-friendly dashboard. The central element is a text box where you input prompts. For a basic start, you can type something like “Create a 2-minute video about cats,” and Invideo AI takes care of script planning, voiceover, and video creation.

However, for professional-quality videos, a more detailed prompt is key. As you continue watching, I’ll share my prompt formula for optimal results. In the dropdown menu, select a workflow – YouTube Shorts, YouTube Explainer, recent events video, or script to video. Each requires specific information, essential for understanding the Tik Tok automation business we’ll explore later.

## Crafting Engaging Videos: A Step-by-Step Guide

Let’s consider creating a YouTube explainer, an excellent choice for a faceless YouTube channel. Specify the video duration (e.g., 10 minutes) and provide detailed information about the video. For instance, create a video about “Nine Crazy Facts About Cats.” Be creative in defining the overall look – start with a captivating fact, ensure humor, engagement, and dynamism, and end with a question for audience interaction.

Customization continues with background music and voiceover settings. Select the music type, gender, and accent for the voiceover. Subtitles are optional but add a layer of engagement. After hitting ‘Continue,’ the magic begins as Invideo AI transforms your detailed prompt into a video. Want to customize further? Invideo AI allows you to tweak various elements, from audience selection to the video’s look and feel.

### Editing Made Easy

Not satisfied with a specific part? Invideo AI simplifies edits. Use the text box underneath the video to request changes or click ‘Edit’ for more comprehensive options. You can modify media, script, or even export to the timeline for detailed edits and full customization (currently in the alpha stage).

## Elevate Your Videos: Paid Plans and Advanced Features

While Invideo AI offers a free option, upgrading to a paid plan (starting at $20 a month) unlocks a range of features crucial for serious video creation and the TikTok automation business. Unlimited exports, high-resolution videos, and access to premium footage – these elements enhance the quality of your content.

Manchester City Dominates Liverpool 4-0: Mohamed Salah’s Farewell Tour Begins with a Disappointing Loss; Arne Slot’s Future in Question, Reports Ian Ladyman

0

With just fourteen minutes remaining in what can only be described as a merciless demolition of Liverpool by Manchester City, two iconic forwards exited the pitch.

Erling Haaland, representing City, left with the satisfaction of having secured a hat-trick, his sights set firmly on further triumphs in the FA Cup and potentially the Premier League.

In stark contrast, Mo Salah of Liverpool, who has long been a symbol of Anfield glory, departed amid visible distress, his once illustrious journey now seemingly mired in embarrassment. It is a heart-wrenching scene to observe.

As Liverpool’s manager, Arne Slot, grapples with the fallout from such a disastrous season, his future with the club appears uncertain. Salah, alongside captain Virgil van Dijk, was notably subpar in this match. With the Champions League as their only remaining battleground—Liverpool faces PSG on Wednesday—Salah’s farewell tour of English football is in danger of becoming a somber procession.

Whether Salah will feature in Paris remains to be seen. Based on his recent performance, he arguably hasn’t earned that privilege. Early in the game, he squandered a one-on-one opportunity against City’s goalkeeper, James Trafford, resulting in a throw-in for the opposition. Later, with the match beyond Liverpool’s grasp, he sent another clear chance soaring into the stands. The crowning misstep came with a penalty that, perhaps predictably, he failed to convert, with Trafford making the save.

In the afternoon's tale of two forwards, Erling Haaland was at his peerless best at the Etihad

In the afternoon’s tale of two forwards, Erling Haaland was at his peerless best at the Etihad

By the time he was hauled off by the manager with whom he has not seen eye to eye, it felt like a mercy killing.

City were everything that Liverpool were not here. A team on the move just when it matters. Their opponents merely melted, though.

As soon as City found their way into the game through Haaland’s 37th minute penalty, Liverpool lost all stomach and organisation and that reflects dreadfully on their manager.

Two down by half-time, it was four by the hour. Four goals in 20 minutes and soon they were being lampooned by fans of a club who have grown used to viewing them as their great modern rival. Afterwards Slot didn’t attempt to hide from any it. His team had failed at the very basic tenets of the game – things like running, tackling and blocking – when it really mattered and as such got everything they deserved.

Strange to think that Liverpool had actually been the better team for a while. They moved the ball nicely through midfield early on, creating angles and the occasional overload with their passing and their movement.

Crucially, though, the actual threat they carried at that stage was minimal. That always felt like a significant difference between the teams. City didn’t dominate play in that recognisably metronomic way of theirs but they injected speed and urgency into their football at the right moments and when they did Liverpool couldn’t cope.

Salah’s first big moment of many arrived in just the 15th minute. He was inside his own half when he started the run that invited a clearance over the top from Liverpool goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili and once he had rid himself of the attentions of Abdukodir Khusanov, he only had Trafford to beat.

If manager Arne Slot survives this catastrophic season to manage a third term it will be a shock

But as well as losing form and maybe half a yard of pace this season, Salah has also felt his confidence drain away. Here he never really looked like taking the chance and he screwed his left foot shot so badly across goal that the ball actually went out for a throw-in. Two minutes later, he had the chance to front up Marc Guehi but could only run the ball over the byline.

These struggles were placed in context almost immediately when Haaland drove hard in to the Liverpool half down the left, bumped off two defenders and set in motion to a passage of play that led to Rayan Cherki falling over a Milos Kerkez challenge in the penalty area.

No penalty was given but it could have been. Next time Liverpool were not so fortunate.

Liverpool had another big chance before City enjoyed their golden ten minutes at the end of the first half. This time Salah was more productive but when his cross was laid back by Curtis Jones, Hugo Ekitike could not keep his shot on target when really he should have done.

These are the moments that matter on days like this and too often this season Liverpool have been on the wrong side of them. Coincidence and bad luck? It feels like something deeper and fundamental.

For a while it was a really good game but once City scored their first goal, Liverpool collapsed. City were quite ruthless, it must be said. Once they got their noses in front, they sniffed weakness and killed the game as indeed they had against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final a fortnight ago.

The penalty that gave City their opening goal was clear, Van Dijk fouling the excellent Nico O’Reilly. Haaland’s shot – low to Mamardashvili’s left – was perfectly struck.

With six or seven minutes left before half-time, Liverpool needed to reset but they couldn’t. The second City goal was the killer and a horror show from Liverpool.

It started with their own throw-in but they simply coughed up the ball and then swung open like an old barn door. Florian Wirtz didn’t track Antoine Semenyo as he ran to the line, Van Dijk’s attempts to get across and block were lamentable and when Haaland moved across Ibrahima Konate to head in the cross there was only one person who was really in that dual.

By now a grisly and inevitable theme was set. Liverpool gave the ball away at their own throw-in again – Joe Gomez the culprit – in the 50th minute and as Semenyo ran off Van Dijk’s shoulder on to Cherki’s pass he was able to lift the ball into the goal.

Three became four before the hour as Haaland rammed his hat-trick in off the bar. His had been a display of beautifully simple goalscoring. Salah, meanwhile, could only continue his own journey down the road to some kind of personal hell.

One good chance was ballooned high and wide and then another – a penalty after Matheus Nunes fouled Ekitike – was struck weakly and saved comfortably by Trafford. When Slot made a raft of substitutions soon after, we presumed Salah’s number would be called. Strangely, it wasn’t. And so his own discomfort was allowed to endure.

Finally, with 14 minutes left, he made way for Federico Chiesa. When will we see him again? If it’s in Paris on Wednesday that will say much for Liverpool’s lack of alternatives and indeed their hope.

Jessica Simpson Finally Sets the Record Straight on Her Alleged $1,000-a-Week Tanning Habit

Jessica Simpson has dismissed claims that she spends a fortune to achieve her flawless tan.

In a recent interview with Elle published on Thursday, April 2, the 45-year-old singer addressed longstanding rumors suggesting she spends $1,000 weekly to maintain her bronzed complexion. Simpson chuckled at the notion, saying, “$1,000? Really? I’d much rather soak up the sun naturally.”

She further elaborated, suggesting that such a budget might be more fitting for a vacation, which she sees as the perfect chance to achieve a “healthy” tan. “I love lounging with my friends, and we rotate like rotisserie chickens,” Simpson quipped, mentioning that they also take turns applying sunscreen to each other.

As a proud native Texan, Simpson admitted she has always been a “sun lover.”

On another note, Jessica Simpson is already embracing bikini season. The 42-year-old recently took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 25, to flaunt her toned physique in a striking swimsuit from Kim Kardashian’s Skims line. The vibrant green ensemble featured a triangle top paired with daring string bottoms, creating a sultry look.

“My birthday is in July and every birthday party I had was in the pool. My buns were always tan,” she said of her famous curves. “I don’t remember wearing much sunscreen. I remember accelerator, Sun-In, and lemon juice for blonder hair. I had really great moments of worshiping the sun,” Simpson added.

Now, she protects herself from the sun’s harmful rays. “But I definitely love a good tan,” she clarified.

Back in 2005, Simpson felt her most “confident” when she had some color. “When I was playing Daisy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard, I had to be tan and that was a four-month shoot where I was damn near naked the whole time.”

“But I also didn’t want it to be too orange, so I had to have a base tan,” she explained. “It was all thought out. I used to be the type of person that would put an SPF 15 on my stomach, but I would put an SPF 50 on my knees because I didn’t want them to wrinkle. I would do that math in my head.”

Heroic Israeli Paramedic Delivers Baby Amidst Chaos and Safely Escorts to Bomb Shelter During Iran Assault

0

Dr. Gal Rosen, an Israeli paramedic, has long been a beacon of hope amidst the chaos of missile attacks. With each emergency call, he races forward, his heart pounding yet his mind steady and focused, embodying the mantra: “Don’t think, just act.”

Rosen’s commitment to saving lives is deeply personal. As a child, he suffered the loss of his mother to a terrorist attack, a tragedy that has fueled his determination to serve on the front lines. He began his journey as an army paramedic and now continues his lifesaving mission in civilian life, resolutely choosing to remain in Israel. At Tel Aviv’s Magen David Adom (MDA), he works under the constant threat of multi-front wars and emergencies.

In the darkness of war, Rosen faces the harsh reality of life and death, often making split-second decisions that can alter outcomes. Despite the grim circumstances, he remains dedicated to his work, saving lives under the most trying conditions.

Among his many experiences, Dr. Rosen has delivered five babies during his career. However, delivering Nikola’s baby boy stands out as a particularly memorable event, as it occurred under the intense pressure of a missile attack, with the sound of Iron Dome sirens blaring in the background. This moment highlights the extraordinary challenges and triumphs he faces in his line of duty.

“We need to choose sometimes,” he says, speaking to Fox News Digital during a rare moment off between emergencies. “And this is hard.”

But, today, he is sharing a story of “light”: a stark contrast from the stories he usually refuses to share with his family to spare them the horrifying realities of war — even if they live those themselves.

Last Thursday, Rosen delivered a healthy baby boy into the world and, in sudden threat of a missile attack and blaring sirens, carried that son away from the mother in the ambulance as he and the father raced to reach a bomb shelter.

This was his fifth emergency delivery of a newborn as a paramedic. It was his first under the threat of a missile attack and blaring sirens.

“It was so surrealistic situation, in my opinion, never happened to me, something like this,” he said, able to smile about the gravity of it all one week later, after finally finding sleep and time to reflect.

“This is an amazing thing to share at home,” Rosen said. “Most of my stories are not like this, most of our stories I share are really hard things for my family to hear. This is why, usually, I’m not sharing with my family stories from my work: ‘Sorry, I’m not doing it.’

“Car accidents or about the CPRs or about really difficult situations that I had to deal with.”

Just two days after bringing one life into the world, he saw five go.

“I had, like last Saturday, five cases of death in the shift,” he said. “I don’t want to get home and tell about it in my family, right? But this story is amazing.

Dr. Gal Rosen smiles

MDA Dr. Gal Rosen smiles, telling his remarkable story of “light” as a paramedic delivering a newborn baby under the “dark” of war and under the stress of a missile interception with sirens blaring. (Fox News Original)

“I went to my grandma,” he continued, “and said, ‘You have to hear it.’

“She was so proud of me and also my family and my father and my friends and my partner. Of course, this is a really nice story to tell to everyone.

The call came around 6:30 a.m. local Tel Aviv time on a Thursday morning: a woman was in labor, getting an assist on emergency delivery over the phone as if it was a movie.

But this was real life, a new life and war.

By the time the MDA paramedic team arrived, the baby was still inside and the husband was helping his wife through the final moments of delivery. Dr. Rosen stepped in for the last few minutes and helped safely deliver the boy.

Then came the alert.

Within moments, a warning sounded that a missile attack on Tel Aviv was expected in about 10 minutes. The paramedic suddenly had to balance the urgency of a wartime emergency with the delicate, critical first steps of childbirth.

He quickly placed the newborn on the mother’s chest for skin-to-skin contact, a key step for bonding and early development. He had the father cut the umbilical cord and helped the mother nurse the baby for the first time.

“I tried to do something as close as possible to reality for them,” he said, wanting to preserve the intimacy of a normal birth even though they were far from a hospital delivery room.

With the help of the father and her team, he then moved the family into the building’s shelter. There, in the middle of blaring alarms and the sounds of missile interceptions overhead, relatives from the apartment building — a grandmother, an aunt and others — came downstairs and saw the baby for the first time.

“It was the first time they met the baby, while there were alarms,” he said.

“Adrenaline” and former army paramedic instinct took over.

“I put the helmet, I put the vest and everything, I took the baby, and we stopped by the side and I ran with the baby to a public shelter,” he recalled. “So, me and the father, we’re running together, I’m taking the baby with me, running to a shelter and just a random building and there was no shelter there.

“‘OK, this is not good.’ We need to go out.

“And we’re going out. There is still alarms; I know that we have like maybe 20 seconds left, going to another building, and then we’re getting into a public shelter. There is 50 people there in the shelter and they closed the door. We were still there standing in the shelter, so I gave the father the baby.

“I didn’t want the idea for the father also — you know, in the future — to think about the situation that a stranger held his baby while there is a missile attack.

In the shelter, with the postpartum mother still in the ambulance under the Iron Dome, the unmistakable sound of war came with a shock.

“We also heard the interception with the Iron Dome,” Rosen said.

The sound, he said, was impossible to ignore: “a boom,” followed by a shock wave you could feel.

The air was vibrating.

The grateful father and mother, identified by MDA as Nikola and Violet, said the experience was frightening but that the emergency team helped keep them calm.

“It wasn’t a simple experience,” they wrote in a joint statement, preferring to keep privacy but permitting Dr. Rosen to share the war story out of praise and thankfulness.

“The labor started at home, and just minutes after the MDA team delivered the baby, the siren caught us, and we went down to a shelter. The team functioned amazingly, calmed us, and treated us in the best possible way. This isn’t the ideal experience, but we’re happy everything ended safely, and we’re grateful to the team who helped us so much.”

In that cramped shelter of about 50 huddling Israelis, surrounded by strangers and the threat of falling missiles, the room broke into applause. People congratulated the father and shouted “Mazal tov.”

Mother was still in the ambulance with members of the MDA team, still at risk postpartum, as the Iron Dome was busting missiles overhead.

And after 10 minutes that we sat there, we went out, and we walked in the street with a baby, 30 minutes old, crossing the intersection together, going to the ambulance,” Rosen said. “They put a helmet on her and a vest on the mother, and one of my teammates stayed with her, because she couldn’t come to the shelter. It was too much time, too risky for her.

“And, you know, in these moments, I didn’t think so much. So I just act.

“I realized that it would be better to protect the son; it would better to go to find a shelter. And we didn’t think about the idea that maybe we’ll be in alarms, because we were in the situation, we were at the moment, we’re with the family, with the delivery, with everything, and you can’t imagine something like this — even though it’s Israel, and now we can actually imagine everything.

“Still, it was really, really, really exciting — excitement and happiness – and a good thing because most of our days right now are dark.”

Despite losing his mother to a murderous terrorist and living under the threat of multiple-front wars and shrieking Iron Dome sirens and missile attacks, Rosen would choose no other life.

MDA response Israel

Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency teams respond to the scene of Iranian missile barrages in Tel Aviv, Israel on Friday, June 13, 2025. (Magen David Adom (MDA))

“My mother was murdered in a terror attack when I was a kid, when I was a child, and to choose to still be here with my family, to live here: This is our home and to choose, going to a different path, not hate.

“I will save lives, and I will do my best to help other families going through these situations, and I will do my best to make sure there are no other families that will need to suffer from a loss.

“So I think this is the mentality of Israelis in general. But still, see, this is one of the only places in the world that people are getting rescued by a flight to come back to Israel.

“In a war,” he deadpanned.

But, with everything happening under the stress of war, Rosen kept the calm, precision and resolve of an army paramedic, knowing the best medicine for a baby born under stress is skin-to-skin and mother’s milk.

“I learned in med school, I learned these two things are the most important: Put the baby on the skin, give them the bond, help her to nurse,” he said. “It also can help the mother a lot when she nursing the baby. It’s also helping with postpartum bleeding. And a lot of things.

“So this situation, it’s hard to do when we are in this missile attack.”

But all is well that ended well and — in the case of Nikola and Violet’s newborn — began as well as could be under the circumstances.

“I was so excited I couldn’t sleep for — like the delivery. It was something like 17 hours into my shift,” he recalled. “So I worked 16 hours. It was after 17 hours shift.

“Now and after 17 hours shift, I went back home, I tried to sleep, I couldn’t sleep, and then I had to go to another shift. So I was awake for at least 24 hours.

One week later, the adrenaline and excitement have not worn off. And the baby boy, mother, father and MDA paramedic team live on to tell an all-timer.

States Challenge Trump Administration’s Authority Over Proposed Mail-In Voting Standards Using Federal Lists and USPS Regulations

0

A federal lawsuit filed on Friday accuses President Donald Trump of unlawfully attempting to control state election processes, allegedly violating the U.S. Constitution by limiting voter eligibility and mail-in voting to pre-approved lists dictated by his administration.

In March 2025, Trump, serving as the 45th and 47th president, enacted Executive Order 14248, named “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections.” This order aims to transform election administration nationwide, mandating voter citizenship verification through formal documentation and halting the practice of counting mail-in ballots received after Election Day, even if postmarked by then.

Last month, Trump introduced another executive order focused on elections, titled “Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections.” This order attempts to solidify the administration’s stance by enforcing the use of approved voter lists, restricting mail-in voting to align with these lists, and imposing stringent record-keeping requirements on states.

California and several other states spearheading the lawsuit argue that Trump has once more disregarded fundamental constitutional principles concerning state-administered federal elections with this new executive order.

“The President’s latest effort to meddle with state election administration is both unprecedented and unconstitutional,” the lawsuit asserts. “According to our Constitution, the President lacks the authority to limit voter eligibility or mail voting to federally pre-authorized lists. The plaintiff states are pursuing this action to protect their constitutional power to manage both state and federal elections.”

The three-count lawsuit is premised on myriad constitutional theories including intertwining violations of the separation of powers, the elections and electors clauses, commandeering and excess authority.

Under the relevant provisions of the executive order, the Trump administration directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in conjunction with immigration and Social Security officials, to generate a list of voters eligible to vote by citizenship status per state.

The order further directs the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to firmly limit the use of mail-in and absentee voting to its own list – along with a lengthy series of new conditions on vote-by-mail generated by USPS like specific ballot envelope, identification, and tracking standards.

Finally, the order mandates a five-year period in which states and localities “should” preserve “all records and materials — excluding ballots cast — evidencing voter participation in any Federal election (e.g., ballot envelopes, regardless of carrier).”

To hear the plaintiffs tell it, these presidential demands are “contrary to the expressed will of Congress” with regard to mail-in voting and amount to “unreasonable discrimination among users of the mails” in violation of federal law.

“Having failed to enact changes to election administration through Congress, the President has resorted to unlawfully attempting to legislate by fiat,” the filing goes on. “The [executive order] mandates that federal agencies create their own voter eligibility lists and imposes those lists on the States through threats of prosecuting States and their elections officials”

From the complaint, at length:

The EO erects shadow voter eligibility lists within the federal government and uses threats of investigation and prosecution to coerce States into disenfranchising voters missing from those lists. It also directly interferes with mail voting by mandating that the United States Postal Service refuse to deliver voted ballots unless the voters are on USPS’s precleared list, which is maintained outside the control of the States who administer federal elections. Finally, the EO purports to lengthen the existing period for elections officials to preserve elections records to facilitate threatened prosecutions, contradicting existing requirements in state and federal law.

“Plaintiff States will be harmed by the new federal initiative to interfere with States’ administration of mail voting, including harm to their sovereignty and significant costs and administrative burdens,” the filing continues.

The states also complains about a section of the order which threatens a loss of federal funding for “noncompliance,” which they describe as an effort to “to coerce States into disenfranchising voters missing from those lists.”

The lawsuit also notes that the timing of the newly-proposed rules and regulations would essentially upend existing election administration procedures within weeks of upcoming primary elections and months before this year’s midterm general election. The states say this is a “dangerously quick pace” to try and move forward with a wholesale overhaul of vote-by-mail systems that will “sow confusion and chaos” and likely disenfranchise numerous voters.

“Once again, President Trump is trying to rewrite the rules of our elections. But he lacks the authority to do so — full stop,” California Attorney General Rob Bonta said in a press release announcing the litigation. “The U.S. Constitution clearly gives States the primary authority over elections and gives zero authority to the President. This latest executive order is just another unlawful attempt to restrict voting, fueled by his fear of losing the upcoming midterm elections and based on wholly unfounded allegations of voter fraud.”

Rising Hesitancy Among Americans Toward Blood Transfusions from Vaccinated Donors

0

Health experts are raising concerns as an increasing number of individuals are rejecting critical blood transfusions due to the donors being vaccinated. This trend, highlighted in a study conducted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center, reveals that 15 patients or their families declined transfusions, insisting on blood from unvaccinated donors.

Notably, the majority of these patients are either children or teenagers, marking a worrying pattern. The refusals have had serious consequences, with one patient experiencing shock, another developing anemia, and several others facing postponed surgeries.

Medical professionals now express apprehension that this trend may grow, fueled by the influence of vaccine-skeptic health figure Robert F. Kennedy Jr., potentially leading more Americans to shun life-saving medical procedures.

The refusal led one patient to go into shock, another to develop anemia and others to have their surgeries delayed.

Now, doctors involved say they fear more Americans, spurred by vaccine-suspicious health secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr, will follow.

Over a two-year period, the researchers found requests for non-anonymous – meaning patients can choose specific donors for their transfusion – had increased because the patients specifically wanted blood from unvaccinated individuals.

The patients had told doctors they wanted unvaccinated blood because they believed it was safer, but their exact safety concerns are unclear.

Researchers noted that while the total number of these donations was small, the requests caused delayed care and could have contributed to complications of not receiving a timely blood transfusion, which can include organ failure, stroke and death.

A Vanderbilt University study found an increase in patients asking for unvaccinated blood for blood transfusions (stock image)

A Vanderbilt University study found an increase in patients asking for unvaccinated blood for blood transfusions (stock image)

In children, delays in blood transfusions can also permanently stunt development or cause severe neurological damage.

The study found that in at least four cases, patients experienced significant medical issues because they or their families wanted to wait for unvaccinated blood.

These effects included one patient doing into shock due to low levels of hemoglobin, an iron-rich protein in red blood cells that transports oxygen from the lungs to tissues. Two other patients had to have their surgeries delayed.

‘Despite being framed as “safer,” directed donations may paradoxically increase risk,’ the authors wrote in the journal Transfusion

Exact figures are unclear, but the study notes that since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, doctors across the country have had more requests for unvaccinated donors due to the popular anti-vax belief that Covid vaccinated patients can ‘shed’ mRNA in the shots into their blood.

Some anti-vaxxers also believe receiving blood from a vaccinated donor will cause them to suffer the serious but extremely rare side effects associated with the shot, such as a kind of heart inflammation called myocarditis.

The misinformation has come as RFK Jr has expressed doubts about the safety of Covid vaccines and referred to the shot as ‘the deadliest vaccine ever made.’

However, there is no evidence that being vaccinated against Covid or any other vaccine-preventable illness alters the blood in any significant manner. Blood centers also do not track the vaccination status of donors.

The researchers noted that because donor vaccination status is not tracked, many patients seeking unvaccinated blood will ask from donations from family members or friends who they know are not vaccinated.

The ability to donate blood to a specific person, however, depends on blood type, age and pre-existing conditions such as HIV or AIDS, hepatitis B or C, cancer and blood disorders such as hemophilia.

Directed donation requests can also force hospitals to skimp on or ignore screening processes used to ensure the safety of standard blood donations.

About 60 percent of the US population is eligible to donate blood, but only three percent donates, leaving the country in a severe blood shortage, according to the American Red Cross. The agency declared a severe shortage in January 2026 after the US blood supply fell 35 percent within a month, which could have been due to this year’s harsh flu season.

In 2023, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB), American Red Cross and America’s Blood Centers issued a joint statement regarding the misinformation surrounding vaccinated blood.

‘Blood donations from individuals who have received a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for use in the US are safe for transfusion,’ the agencies said.

‘Similar to other vaccines such as those for measles, mumps or influenza, COVID-19 vaccines are designed to generate an immune response to help protect an individual from illness, but vaccine components themselves do not replicate through blood transfusions or alter a blood recipients’ DNA.

‘In summary, there is no scientific evidence that demonstrates adverse outcomes from the transfusions of blood products collected from vaccinated donors and, therefore, no medical reason to distinguish or separate blood donations from individuals who have received a COVID-19 vaccination.’

Pixie Geldof Spotted Enjoying a Leisurely Lunch with Friends in Primrose Hill

Radiating warmth and grace, Pixie Geldof was spotted enjoying a delightful lunch with friends in Primrose Hill, London, ahead of a poignant milestone—the 12th anniversary of her sister Peaches’ passing.

The 35-year-old model embraced the Easter weekend by indulging in a sumptuous meal at the renowned Lemonia restaurant on Friday, surrounded by her close companions.

Pixie exuded effortless style, donning a chic black leather jacket paired with dark-rimmed sunglasses, as she basked in the bank holiday sunshine.

Her late sister, Peaches Geldof, the beloved daughter of Sir Bob Geldof, tragically succumbed to a heroin overdose on April 7, 2014, at the tender age of 25. This heartbreaking incident mirrored the fate of their mother, Paula, who passed away in 2000 under similar circumstances.

Paula and Bob Geldof shared three daughters—Fifi, Pixie, and Peaches—before their divorce in 1996. In the years following Paula’s untimely death, Bob found companionship with actress Jeanne Marine, whom he married in 2015. Jeanne has played a significant role in helping Bob raise his daughters, providing support and stability to their family.

Despite having experienced very public losses, away from the spotlight the family live normal lives with their respective husbands and children.

As part of one of Britain’s most famous families, they once lived their lives in the spotlight.

Yet when tragedy struck the clan in the Noughties, the trajectories of the famous brood veered in a very different direction.

Following her death, the Boomtown Rats star also adopted Paula’s daughter Tiger Lily, whom she shared with the late Michael Hutchence.

Bob became Tiger’s legal guardian and officially adopted her in 2007, determined to raise her far from the showbusiness spotlight.

Bob has credited his second wife Jeanne with helping him to raise his daughters and previously said his children ‘wouldn’t have survived’ without her.

The musician even proposed to Jeanne days after Peaches’ death in a moment he said ‘brought air into the room’ when Fifi and Pixie were ‘in agony’.

After Bob became Tiger Lily’s legal guardian, it was also Jeanne’s influence which helped support the then four-year-old through the difficult period.

Gerry Agar previously told the Daily Mail: ‘Tiger was totally raised and totally loved by Bob’s wife Jeanne, so she has such stability.

‘They have been very strict with her and Tiger is incredibly unlike Peaches. She wants to please them.’

Tiger is the final of Bob’s children to get married after Pixie and Fifi, 42, headed down the aisle in 2017 and 2016 respectively.

Pixie has been married to These New Puritans drummer George Barnett since 2017, when the couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Majorca.

Close friends Alexa and Daisy Lowe were bridesmaids, with guests including Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Nick Grimshaw.

The couple share one daughter who was born in August 2021, however the parents keep her out of the public eye and have never disclosed her name.

Pixie has made a career for herself in modelling after she first graced the cover of Tatler back in 2008.

She has also dabbled in the music industry as the lead singer of the band Violet before releasing her own record I’m Yours in November 2016.

While she keeps her family life private, the couple are often spotted at events together and most recently put on a stylish display at Milan Fashion Week in February.

Meanwhile Fifi, who avoids the public eye completely and works in PR, married her husband Andrew Robertson in 2016.

The pair tied the knot at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence church in Kent, which is the church where her mother and Peaches are buried.

She decided not to have Pixie and Tiger Lily as bridesmaids, as it didn’t feel right to have her sisters by her side without Peaches too.

Fifi has referred to herself as the ‘unknown Geldof’ after she made the active decision to shut out the limelight that has dazzled the rest of her family.

Discover Affordable Living: New Tiny-Home Community Launches in Las Vegas with Rent at Just $1,000

0

Las Vegas is set to introduce a novel solution to its affordable housing challenges, as city officials have given the go-ahead for a new tiny-home community.

In a unanimous decision on Wednesday, the City Council approved plans for the development, marking a significant step forward for the initiative.

The project will see the construction of approximately 50 custom tiny homes on a currently unused 2.25-acre plot in the city.

Named Sunridge on Searles, this $6 million initiative is spearheaded by Accelerated Real Estate and will utilize materials from Boxabl to build the homes.

Boxabl, a technology company headquartered in Las Vegas, is known for its innovative approach to housing, offering factory-produced, foldable modular units.

Elon Musk made headlines in 2022 by revealing that he owns a Boxabl tiny home.

“As a large-scale manufacturer of homes right here in Las Vegas, we’re very pleased to be able to provide quality homes for this terrific local residential development,” Boxabl CEO Paolo Tiramani tells Realtor.com®. “The purpose of Boxabl is to solve the housing crisis through technology and scale, and this is certainly on mission.”

Each unit will be about 360 square feet and is expected to rent for $1,000 per month, including utilities.

The median asking rent in the Las Vegas-Henderson-Paradise, NV, metro is $1,423, which is 17.6% higher than it was before the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We’re really excited about it,” developer Gary Gumm tells Realtor.com. “It’s something that’s really innovative. Tiny-home developments have been done, but the ones I’ve seen had houses on wheels. This is more unique since the Boxabl homes will be attached to a foundation. These are on grade, on a pad, with no steps to get into the units, which makes it nice for seniors.”

Gumm says they’ve been developing the project for three years and that they overcame a lot of obstacles to get it approved.

“Our property was zoned for multifamily, so we had to work with the city to get the R3 multifamily zoning codes rewritten to include tiny homes,” he says. “We look at that as a feather in our cap, since it will help the zoning for future projects as well.”

Affordable housing solution in Las Vegas

Gumm says this tiny-home community will help tackle the affordable housing crisis.

“It’s not going to solve the problem, but it’s one piece of the puzzle,” he says.

Based on data from the Nevada Housing Coalition, Nevada still needs 78,000 rental units to serve extremely low-income individuals, families, and seniors.

The Realtor.com State-by-State Housing Report Card gave Nevada a C-, underscoring the challenge of balancing growth with affordability. The report, part of the Let America Build campaign, measures how states are performing on both fronts: current affordability and new-construction activity.

“My council colleagues, the mayor, and I recognize that housing opportunities are so, so important,” City Councilwoman Olivia Diaz told FOX5. “It’s actually one of our four priorities for us. We want to see attainable housing opportunities, and we want to see ending homelessness in our community. The way to do that is to ensure that we offer more affordable housing opportunities to our community.”

Diaz said that “maybe this will start a wave of people who are interested in this type of development, and we welcome [it] because we need more and more and more attainable housing units.”

“I love the idea of tiny homes,” Mayor Shelley Berkley tells Realtor.com. “They look small from the outside, but then you walk in and they are beautiful. I think it is a great option, and I am very supportive because it satisfies everything the city is talking about when it comes to alternative housing ideas. We have to have options in all income brackets.”

This new project in Las Vegas is the first tiny-home community that will be built by Boxabl.

Obtaining permits is the next step—and, once that happens, a Boxabl house can be set up in about an hour.

The plan, according to Gumm, is for the homes to be ready for residents by late 2026 or early 2027.

Definitive Ranking of All 5 Indiana Jones Movies: From Raiders to Dial of Destiny

0

For over four decades, Indiana Jones, played by Harrison Ford, has whisked audiences away on thrilling escapades to safeguard history and humanity, all while paying homage to the pulp fiction and serial adventures that characterized early cinema.

Each “Indiana Jones” film adheres to certain conventions, including its historical backdrop. This element is crucial in maintaining the vintage serial-adventure vibe these movies introduced to the 1980s, setting themselves apart from the era’s popular teen comedies and horror films. These iconic films successfully demonstrated that a clever blend of action-adventure and historical fiction could be both entertaining and gripping.

While the series set the standard for blockbuster films, some entries undoubtedly shine brighter than others. In honor of Indiana’s enduring legacy, we’ve ranked all five “Indiana Jones” films, starting with the least impressive and culminating with the most exhilarating adventure. Each film is assessed based on plot complexity, historical and mythical fidelity, and overall critical reception. So, dust off your favorite adventure hat, and let’s explore where each installment ranks.

“Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” debuted 19 years after the original trilogy wrapped up, marking a significant shift for the franchise. It was clearly an attempt to introduce Indiana to a new generation, yet left us wondering if that was the best move.

The story picks up in the 1950s, where Indiana is approached by Mutt Williams (Shia LaBeouf), who seeks his help to rescue his mother. This leads to a quest for the alien-esque crystal skull of Peru. Although the science-fiction angle aligns with the 1950s setting, it feels out of place within the established universe. The film attempts to intertwine paranormal mysteries with government conspiracies while nodding to previous movies, resulting in an overly complex plot that fails to ground the characters effectively.

5. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

  • Director: Steven Spielberg
  • Cast: Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett
  • Rating: PG-13
  • Runtime: 2 hr. 2 min.
  • Where to Watch: Paramount+, Disney+

“Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” premiered 19 years after the original trilogy concluded, and it changed the franchise forever. It’s clear that it was meant to introduce Indiana to a new generation, but this adventure had us questioning if that was the right choice.

We rejoin Indiana in the 1950s as Mutt Williams (Shia LaBeouf) begs for his help to save his mom, leading to a journey to find the alien-like crystal skull of Peru. While the science-fiction theme makes sense given its 1950s setting, the plot never gels with this established world. The story tries weaving in the paranormal mystery with a governmental agenda while dropping Easter eggs from past movies, but the approach creates an overstuffed plot that never allows these characters to firmly plant themselves.

Critics generally noted the constant notes of nostalgia, which includes a glimpse of the Ark of the Covenant. However, as The New Yorker stated, the franchise’s signature blend of comedy and action is hard to find. This could be due to the lack of comradery between Indiana and Mutt, who spend more time arguing than they do trying to understand each other. It’s an attempt at a father-son relationship that fails and sends the film on a more serious track.

4. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

  • Director: James Mangold
  • Cast: Harrison Ford, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas
  • Rating: PG-13
  • Runtime: 2 hr. 34 min.
  • Where to Watch: Disney+

This latest “Indiana Jones” installment fairs much better due to its deeper storyline and familial themes that are better connected to the film’s main adventure.

“Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” is set in 1969 when Indiana’s goddaughter, Helena Shaw (Phoebe Waller-Bridge), sends him on a mission to stop Nazis from using a legendary dial to change history. This dial is inspired by a real artifact named the Antikythera that was used to predict different celestial phenomena, giving the story a big base to incorporate the franchise’s signature fantasy elements.

The unpacking of Indiana and Helena’s relationship gives the movie its heft, connecting back to the film’s beginning to fill in gaps from the “Indiana Jones” timeline. Harrison and Waller-Bridge expertly respond to each other’s emotions in a way that builds their characters who have been avoiding their mistakes.

The emotional depth and inclusion of signature thrills are highlighted by many reviews. AARP Movies for Grownups said that the most eye-catching moments will remind viewers of classic action-adventure serials, making this a nice nod to a genre that “Indiana Jones” carried into current cinema.

3. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

  • Director: Steven Spielberg
  • Cast: Harrison Ford, Kate Capshaw, Ke Huy Quan
  • Rating: PG
  • Runtime: 1 hr. 59 min.
  • Where to Watch: Paramount+, Disney+

This sequel starts off like a giant misadventure, but quickly finds its legs in order to become a worthy follow-up to “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”

Comedy overwhelms the beginning of “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” as Indiana shows off his best James Bond impression while rattling off one-liners during a nightclub gunfight. While this all feels chaotic, it reminds viewers that they’re in for another fun adventure before Indiana, Willie Scott (Kate Capshaw), and Short Round (Ke Huy Quan) set out on a quest to find a sacred Sankara Stone stolen from an Indian village.

That fun becomes increasingly important as Indiana digs deeper into understanding a secret cult that conducts ritual sacrifices, with an element of gore not seen in “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” As the BBC’s review points out, these less palatable moments are sometimes overshadowed by unforgettable action, including that bonkers mine cart scene. The New York Times pointed out that the storyline doesn’t have as much shape as the first film, but this allows its characters to wander through this vast landscape, interacting with gems of the jungle and dangers that will make you squirm.

2. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

  • Director: Steven Spielberg
  • Cast: Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Alison Doody
  • Rating: PG-13
  • Runtime: 2 hr. 8 min.
  • Where to Watch: Paramount+, Disney+

This third installment in the original trilogy gives us insight into Indiana Jones’ backstory while putting Harrison Ford up against Sean Connery, whose portrayal of James Bond turned him into an icon.

In “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” Indiana is on a mission to save his father, Professor Henry Jones (Connery), who has gone missing while searching for the Holy Grail. The Holy Grail is commonly associated with Christianity and the time of King Arthur, and this film leans into this by using religion and knightly responsibility to help Indiana and Henry find important clues.

The legend of the Holy Grail has been built upon by several generations. So, turning this journey into a father-son bonding trip makes total sense, and it allows us to better understand how Indiana became the person that he is. Their relationship is much more endearing than what we saw between Mutt Williams and Indiana, because Indiana and Henry’s arguments are plot-focused debates rather than baseless rants.

While many reviewers felt that “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” didn’t break any new ground, they praised the entertaining chemistry between Ford and Connery. The Philadelphia Inquirer pointed out that Connery makes the most of his minor role, with a commanding yet flawed presence that compliments Indiana’s humanity.

1. Raiders of the Lost Ark

  • Director: Steven Spielberg
  • Cast: Harrison Ford, Karen Allen, Paul Freeman
  • Rating: PG
  • Runtime: 1 hr. 56 min.
  • Where to Watch: Paramount+, Disney+

“Raiders of the Lost Ark” was a newfangled spectacle in 1981 that tied itself back to old cinema while building innovations that no one had seen before. Despite changes in technology, this first “Indiana Jones” film still manages to stay relevant.

That relevancy is found in the film’s most iconic moments, and in its widely known central artifact that is used as a character instead of a mere object. Indiana Jones is on a quest to find the Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis can get their hands on it. The Ark is a symbol of hope in the Hebrew Bible’s Old Testament, and its great power turns it into a weapon against the Nazi’s, creating one of the film’s most powerful moments.

“Raiders of the Lost Ark” also proves that practical effects could still do wonders amid the rise of computer graphics. Indiana’s boulder chase is one of the most iconic moments in cinematic history, and many people remember the face melting scene that appears as a stunning combination of both practical effects and technology.  Its winning combination of humor and romance has given it a constant appeal, proving that an action-movie can really have it all.

U.S. Intensifies Search Efforts for Missing Serviceman as Iran Urges Citizens to Locate ‘Enemy Pilot

The U.S. military is intensifying efforts to locate a missing pilot after an American warplane was shot down over a remote area in southwestern Iran. The incident, which occurred on Saturday, has prompted Iranian authorities to urge citizens to capture the pilot, offering a reward for their assistance.

The aircraft, identified by Iranian officials as a U.S. F-15E Strike Eagle, was one of two jets targeted on Friday. While one crew member has been successfully rescued, the whereabouts of at least one pilot remain unknown. This marks the first instance of a U.S. aircraft being lost over Iranian territory during the ongoing conflict, which has now entered its sixth week, potentially signaling a new phase in the war.

Initiated by the United States and Israel on February 28, the conflict has had far-reaching consequences throughout the region. With thousands of lives lost, the turmoil has disrupted global markets, severed vital shipping lanes, and driven up fuel prices. As the U.S. and Israeli airstrikes persist, Iran has retaliated with its own attacks across the region, showing no signs of de-escalation.

The recent downing of the U.S. aircraft occurred just two days after President Donald Trump asserted in a national address that the U.S. had “beaten and completely decimated Iran” and vowed to “finish the job” swiftly. Both the U.S. and Israel had recently claimed that Iran’s air defenses were significantly weakened.

Saturday saw continued hostilities, as an apparent Iranian drone strike damaged the headquarters of the U.S. tech company Oracle in Dubai. Meanwhile, Israel’s military reported missile launches from Iran directed at their country.

Meanwhile, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said on social media that an airstrike hit near its Bushehr nuclear facility, killing a security guard and damaging a support building. It is the fourth time the facility has been targeted during the war.

Also Saturday, Iran’s top diplomat reiterated his government’s willingness to join talks aimed at stopping the war. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said they “have never refused to go to Islamabad.” Pakistan said last week that it would soon host talks between the U.S. and Iran, but it’s not clear when or if they will take place.

Two U.S. planes attacked

Saturday’s search for the pilot focused on a mountainous region in the country’s southwestern province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad.

Neither the White House nor the Pentagon released public information about the downed planes.

In an email from the Pentagon obtained by The Associated Press, meanwhile, the military said it received notification of “an aircraft being shot down” in the Middle East, without providing more details.

A U.S. crew member from that plane was rescued. But the Pentagon also notified the House Armed Services Committee that the status of a second service member on the fighter jet was not known. A U.S. military search-and-rescue operation continued Saturday.

In a brief telephone interview with NBC News, Trump declined to discuss the search-and-rescue efforts but said what happened would not affect negotiations with Iran.

Separately, Iranian state media said a U.S. A-10 attack aircraft crashed in the Persian Gulf after being struck by Iranian defense forces.

A U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive military situation said it was not clear if the aircraft crashed or was shot down or whether Iran was involved. Neither the status of the crew nor exactly where it went down was immediately known.

An anchor on a TV channel affiliated with Iranian state television urged residents to hand over any “enemy pilot” to the police.

Throughout the war, Iran has made a series of claims about shooting down piloted enemy aircraft that turned out not to be true. Friday was the first time the Iranian public was urged to look for a downed pilot.

Iranian state media said in a post on the social platform X its military shot down a U.S. F-15E Strike Eagle. The aircraft is a variation of the Air Force fighter jet that carries a pilot and a weapons system officer.

Tech giant Oracle hit in Dubai following Iranian threats

An apparent Iranian drone damaged the Dubai headquarters of Oracle on Saturday after Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard threatened the firm.

The attack targeted the headquarters, which sits along Dubai’s main Sheikh Zayed Road highway. Footage verified by The Associated Press outside the United Arab Emirates showed damage to the building. A large hole could be seen in the building’s southwestern corner, with the “e” in “Oracle” on a neon sign damaged.

The sheikhdom’s Dubai Media Office, which speaks for its government, said a “minor incident caused by debris from an aerial interception that fell on the facade of the Oracle building in Dubai Internet City,” adding there were no injuries.

Oracle, based in Austin, Texas, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Guard has accused some of America’s largest tech companies of being involved in “terrorist espionage” operations against the Islamic Republic and said they were legitimate targets.

Earlier Iranian drone strikes hit Amazon Web Services facilities in both the UAE and Bahrain.

Iran keeps a chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz and issues a veiled threat to disrupt a second waterway

In a social media post late Friday, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, Iran’s parliament speaker, issued a veiled threat to disrupt traffic through the Bab-el-Mandeb, a second strategic waterway. The strait, 32 kilometers (20 miles) wide, links the Red Sea with the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean. It is one of the busiest choke-points in global trade, with more than a tenth of seaborne global oil and a quarter of container ships passing through it.

“What share of global oil, LNG, wheat, rice, and fertilizer shipments transits the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait?” Qalibaf wrote. “Which countries and companies account for the highest transit volumes through the strait?”

Iran has already greatly disturbed the flow of oil through the Strait of Hormuz, sending fuel prices skyrocketing and jolting the world economy. World leaders are struggling to end Iran’s stranglehold on the strait as the U.N. Security Council is expected to take up the matter Saturday.

Trump has vacillated on America’s role in the strait, alternately threatening Iran if it does not open the strait and telling other nations to “go get your own oil.” On Friday, he said in a post on social media: “With a little more time, we can easily OPEN THE HORMUZ STRAIT, TAKE THE OIL, & MAKE A FORTUNE.”

More than 1,900 people have been killed in Iran since the war began. In a review released Friday, the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data, a U.S.-based group, said it found that civilian casualties were clustered around strikes on security and state-linked sites “rather than indiscriminate bombardment” of urban areas.

In Gulf Arab states and the occupied West Bank, more than two dozen people have died, while 19 have been reported dead in Israel and 13 U.S. service members have been killed. In Lebanon, over 1,300 people have been killed and more than 1 million displaced. Ten Israeli soldiers have also died there.
