Five Guys Customers React to Transition from Fry Cups to Paper Bags

0

Five Guys, renowned for its signature fries, has swapped its iconic fry cups for “environmentally friendly” paper bags, but the change hasn’t been welcomed by everyone.

The beloved fast-food chain assures customers that the generous portions remain unchanged, but this eco-conscious move away from plastic packaging has stirred some dissatisfaction among its devoted customers.

Announcing the update on Facebook on March 16, Five Guys shared, “Our fries are now served in paper bags.”

“While we’re still offering the same fresh-cut potatoes and hefty servings, this new packaging is designed to maintain the fries’ texture and ensure that takeout and delivery stay fresher for longer,” they explained.

“We’re also excited to announce that these bags are crafted from biodegradable natural kraft paper and are food-grade, grease-resistant, and free of BPA and PFAS,” the post added.

However, some critics say the change feels rushed, coming as businesses nationwide grapple with mounting pressure to phase out plastic.

Industry voices have already warned that lawmakers should slow down and study how consumers react to new bag fees and restrictions before going all-in on bans.

And online? Fans are roasting the burger giant.

Under the announcement, customers flooded the post with complaints — and they’re not holding back.

Several claim the bags can’t handle the greasy load, with oil quickly soaking through and making a mess.

“The portions are smaller with the bag and the grease soaks through much faster,” wrote one person.

“Had the bag fries one time haven’t been back since,” another foodie said.

Another diner responded: “The cup kept some grease from soaking through the bag onto your car seats when taking it home.”

Others went a step further, accusing the chain of pulling a fast one by quietly shrinking portions while hiding behind eco-friendly messaging.

“Real reason is to justify or try to hide you’re getting less in the bag,” read a third comment.

But Five Guys is pushing back hard.

A spokesperson insisted the beloved “extra scoop” isn’t going anywhere and that customers are still getting the same Little, Regular and Large sizes they always have.

“Five Guys has been getting feedback on our new fry bags, and we want to make sure our customers know our fry portions remain unchanged,” a spokesperson said.

“Our extra scoops are absolutely not going away. You’re getting the same portions in the same sizes as our fry cups: Little, Regular and Large.

“We’re switching to bags to ensure fries stay fresher longer, as the bags allow air to better circulate.

“This is especially important for takeout and delivery. Also, this smarter packaging is part of our larger commitment to the environment.

“The bags are made from biodegradable natural kraft paper. They are food-grade, grease-proof, BPA- and PFAS-free, and FDA-approved.”

Chicago Officer Stripped of Duties Following Fatal Homan Avenue Shooting Involving Derek Jordan

0

CHICAGO — A Chicago police officer involved in last week’s fatal shooting in Humboldt Park has been stripped of their police powers, according to confirmation from CPD officials to ABC7.

The officer under investigation by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) for their role in the incident has been reassigned to the department’s alternate response section, as stated by a CPD spokesperson.

It remains unclear if the decision to relieve the officer of their police powers was directly related to the ongoing investigation.

ABC7 Chicago is now streaming 24/7. Click here to watch

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 42-year-old Derek Jordan from Chicago.

According to COPA, Jordan was inside a vehicle that was being sought in connection to a shooting that occurred earlier on the Eisenhower Expressway.

No one was reported injured in that shooting, which blocked traffic during the afternoon rush hour.

COPA said police were alerted to the white Mercedes being in the Humboldt Park neighborhood’s 800-block of North Homan Avenue, and an unmarked vehicle tried to engage the driver about 5:30 p.m.

The car drove away, hitting a pedestrian in the crosswalk in the process, officials said.

CPD followed the car through an alley; it then crashed into a CTA bus, according to COPA.

Police said the driver also hit an unmarked CPD squad car.

Witness video shared with ABC7 Chicago shows officers with guns drawn.

The car reversed. And, while driving toward the bus, an officer shot at it, COPA said.

The driver was shot and taken to a hospital, where he died.

Two officers were also taken to a hospital in good condition. A weapon was recovered on the scene, COPA said.

Anyone with information or video footage related to the shooting is urged to call COPA at 312-746-3609 or visit ChicagoCOPA.org.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s Custody Battle Update: Son’s Temporary Separation & Bachelorette Winner’s Surprising Support

Reality TV star Taylor Frankie Paul, known for her role on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, is currently facing a tumultuous period in her personal life. She has temporarily lost custody of her son amidst ongoing disputes with her ex-partner, Dakota Mortensen.

The controversy surrounding Taylor escalated after a 2023 video surfaced showing her throwing barstools at Dakota. Unfortunately, one of the barstools inadvertently struck her daughter, leading to significant backlash. As a result, Taylor’s anticipated appearance on the next season of The Bachelorette was canceled by ABC/Disney.

Reports of a previous altercation between Taylor and Dakota had already been circulating, with sources claiming that Taylor became physically aggressive. Allegations include that she choked Dakota, tore off his necklace, and grabbed his throat and face during the dispute.

Following these incidents, Dakota sought legal protection earlier this week by requesting a temporary restraining order against Taylor. A judge has since granted this request, further complicating the situation.

In the wake of all of that, Dakota made a request earlier this week for a temporary restraining order against Taylor that a judge has officially granted.

Among other things, the order specifies that Taylor is not able to see Ever, their son, until April.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, it was noted that Dakota will have temporary custody of their son until at least April 7, when Dakota and Taylor are due to appear in court. Until that date, Taylor has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from him, which includes not going near his home. She also is prohibited from owning any weapons, according to the court records.

In the filing Dakota made, he recounted to the court about the “chaotic” and “frightening” incident where Taylor allegedly choked him.

Taylor, for her part, has denied she’s to blame for the issues surrounding her and Dakota and has attested the truth will come out.

Amid all of the chaos, Doug Mason, who was rumored to have won Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette that now will go unaired, spoke out to defend her.

“In light of everything that’s happened, I’m just sending out prayers to Taylor because that was her moment and her moment was blocked,” he said on Instagram Story. “All we can do right now is just be hopeful. I’m headed off to run and watch the sunrise, so hope you guys have a great day. Let’s stay positive and show nothing but support for people in need.”

Taylor responded to his sentiments under an Instagram post commenting on what he said, writing, “Aw my heart goes out to him ❤️‍🩹. So sweet.”

According to Reality Steve, Doug and Taylor did get engaged at the end of the show, but they broke off their engagement after he visited her in Utah a month after the show wrapped filming; however, The Sun caught photos of the pair out together in Los Angeles last weekend.

While together, they appeared to be taping bonus footage for the series prior to it being canceled.

When ABC/Disney decided to no longer air Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette, they shared, “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”

Taylor’s rep then spoke out on her behalf.

“Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security,” her rep said. “After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm.”

“There are too many women who are suffering in silence as they survive aggressive, jealous ex-partners who refuse to let them move on with their lives. Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation and public shaming,” they noted. “She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support, and preparing to own and share her story.”

Her rep also provided a separate statement to PEOPLE, noting it’s “sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.”

“Releasing an old video, which conveniently omits context, on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior,” they added. “Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show, and from their own experiences.”

Cyclone Narelle Hits Northern Queensland; Northern Territory on High Alert

0

The Bureau of Meteorology has verified that Tropical Cyclone Narelle made landfall at 7 a.m. local time in Queensland on Friday. Authorities have urged residents of Lockhart River, Coen, and Port Stewart to seek shelter without delay.

Winds in the cyclone’s core have reached speeds of 195 km/h, with gusts soaring to 270 km/h.

Currently, Cyclone Narelle is advancing westward, traversing the territory between Lockhart River and Coen.

According to senior meteorologist Sarah Scully, the cyclone is expected to generate significant airborne debris, cause extensive structural harm, and lead to substantial property damage.

“Satellite information reveals that winds around the system’s center are widely surpassing 200 km/h,” Scully noted.

“Very destructive winds may start to be experienced within the next hour ahead of the coastal crossing. Winds of this strength have the potential to cause significant structural damage to buildings and property, such as significant loss of roofs.”

Emergency alerts have been issued urging residents in the remote communities of Lockhart River, Coen, and Port Stewart to take immediate shelter.

“Take shelter now in the strongest part of the building you are in,” the warning said.

Narelle was on course to be the first category five system to hit Cape York since Cyclone Mahina killed more than 300 people in March 1899. It was downgraded to category 4 on Friday morning.

FBI Unveils Top 3 Alarming Indicators of Smart Device Hijacking

0

The FBI’s cyber division has issued a cautionary alert to individuals using smart devices, highlighting a stealthy scam that not only depletes your finances but also commandeers your internet connection without your knowledge.

The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) has identified three primary indicators that suggest cybercriminals may have infiltrated common household devices. These include an unexplained surge in internet data usage, a noticeable increase in internet charges, and a sudden decline in WiFi speed.

In their recent communication, the FBI stated, “Cyber actors actively search for and compromise vulnerable Internet of Things (IoT) devices for use as proxies or intermediaries for Internet requests to route malicious traffic for cyber-attacks and computer network exploitation.”

In essence, hackers have long been targeting and commandeering inadequately secured smart devices, such as smart TVs, security cameras, thermostats, refrigerators, fitness trackers, and even children’s toys. By doing so, they can disguise their illicit activities as originating from your home rather than their own, making it challenging to trace them back to the original source.

Simply put, the US intelligence community has known for years that hackers hunt for and secretly take over weak or poorly protected smart home devices so they can make it look as if their crimes are coming from your home instead of theirs.

The three signs of this takeover serve as evidence that your devices have been hacked and turned into part of a ‘botnet’ – a secret network of infected machines that hackers control remotely.

The device is no longer just working for you. It is secretly working for criminals in the background, which causes them to interact with the internet at all hours of the day.

The fastest ways to defend against these hijackings is to restart your devices and routers regularly, change all default passwords when you activate a new device, stay up to date on the latest software patches for your device and keep track of how much data you use monthly.

The FBI has warned that any smart device, includes phones, could be targeted by hackers exploiting simple flaws and weaknesses in modern tech (Stock Image)

According to the FBI, hackers do not need smart device owners to click on phishing email or download suspicious links to break into certain gadgets.

Many devices connected to your internet signal come with an easy-to-guess default password, such as ‘admin’ or ‘1234,’ that the owners forget to change.

For other devices, including smartphones, the software, known as firmware, can become outdated over time, creating security holes hackers exploit to gain access to your phone.

Some phones or smartphone operating systems actually leave the factory with hidden security flaws that were not discovered by their makers, like Apple or Samsung, called zero-day vulnerabilities.

These entry points into digital tech give cybercriminals access to even the newest devices on the market until their designers create a security update to fix the hidden backdoors within the software.

As for the warning signs, the FBI said that the first sign a smart device has been compromised is the amount of data your devices consume each month.

Malware infecting a device forces it to send or receive massive amounts of traffic from spam emails, attacks on other websites or from chatting with the hackers’ command servers.

All this hidden activity routes through your internet connection and IP address, giving the criminals anonymity and running up your data usage.

How safe do you really feel with smart devices in your home after reading about these hacking risks?

The second sign something is wrong immediately follows the victim’s data usage going up – their internet bill may also increase.

If you see an unexpectedly large internet bill, especially if your provider charges extra for high data use, the FBI said owners should disconnect the suspicious device and report it to the FBI’s IC3 website.

The third key sign can often be overlooked as having a bad connection, but experts warn that devices running slowly can be a red flag that cybercriminals are lurking in the gadget’s software.

Malware placed in the device constantly uses up your device’s processing power, memory and bandwidth.

Essentially, your gadget is running a marathon in the background while pretending everything is normal. This makes the device, and sometimes the entire home WiFi connection, feel slow or unresponsive.

‘Reboot devices regularly, as most malware is stored in memory and removed upon a device reboot. It is important to do this regularly as many actors compete for the same pool of devices and use automated scripts to identify vulnerabilities and infect devices,’ the FBI explained.

Heroic Son Stands Up to Drunk-Driving Dad, Warns Grandma of Self-Defense, Police Report Reveals

0

Background: The Uinta County District Court in Evanston, Wyo. (Google Maps). Inset: Ethan Grasse (Uinta County Sheriff’s Office).

A Wyoming man who stands accused of fatally shooting his father is seeking another chance to present his case, after a judge recently dismissed his self-defense claim. While the court did not side with him initially, the possibility remains for him to argue his position before a jury.

Ethan Grasse, 23, faces charges of second-degree murder for the death of his father, 49-year-old Michael Grasse, who was shot and killed in November 2025. The specifics of the case, as reported by Cowboy State Daily, were discussed in the Uinta County District Court session on Tuesday. Ethan and his public defender argued that the incident stemmed from self-defense, stating that his father was heavily intoxicated and had threatened to harm him physically the day before the tragic event.

In an attempt to protect himself, Ethan reportedly purchased a locking doorknob for his bedroom to prevent his father from entering without his consent.

According to court documents cited by Cowboy State Daily, on November 21, 2025, Michael Grasse, while under the influence, expressed a desire to go out for food. Ethan drove him to a restaurant and they returned home, where Ethan strategically parked his vehicle to block his father’s car, aiming to stop him from driving while drunk.

Later, Michael began moving trash cans to maneuver his car out. Ethan confronted him and threatened to call the police if he attempted to drive. This confrontation escalated, resulting in a physical altercation until Michael’s mother intervened to stop the fight.

Police said Ethan Grasse left the home and went to a friend’s house to get away for a while and try to find another place to stay for the night. When he was unable to find another place, he went to Walmart and bought a locking doorknob for his bedroom. Ethan Grasse reportedly returned home to find his father passed out drunk on the couch.

According to the court documents, Ethan Grasse took his father’s keys and phone, then emptied several bottles of whiskey while his father was still unconscious. He changed the lock on his bedroom door then went to bed.

Police said that at around 10 p.m., Michael Grasse started banging on his son’s door, threatening to break it down and “kick [his] a—.” Ethan Grasse reportedly told his father that he would give back the keys and phone once he was sober. The older man, while continuing to make threats against his son, left to work out in his own room.

At 10:44 p.m., Ethan Grasse texted his grandmother from his bedroom, reportedly telling her, “He just woke up i can hear him threatening me throught [sic] the wall not to make you more sad but if he tries to break into my room i will defend myself love you yaya have a good night.”

Police said Ethan Grasse woke up again at 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2025, when he heard someone banging at his bedroom door. Without putting on his glasses, Ethan Grasse apparently retrieved the .22-caliber handgun he kept in his room as the door was being broken down. He then allegedly fired at least three shots through the door. When he heard his father let out a moan, Ethan Grasse put his glasses on and called 911.

Ethan Grasse wrote in court documents that since he could not see clearly without his glasses, he claimed that he “did not mean to kill any one just defend myself from an unknown intruder.”

Michael Grasse was brought to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:22 a.m.

After the defense presented the case for self-defense in court on Tuesday, Uinta County District Court Judge James Kaste was not convinced that the case should be dismissed on those grounds. In his ruling, however, Kaste said the defense could still argue that the shooting was self-defense at trial.

Ethan Grasse was charged with second-degree murder and remains in custody at the Uinta County Jail. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 12.

U.S. Eases Sanctions on Iranian Oil in Strategic Move to Reduce Gasoline Prices

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has revealed a “narrowly tailored, short-term authorization” permitting the sale of oil originating from a nation currently in conflict with the US.

This temporary lift on sanctions targets 140 million barrels of oil that are presently at sea.

“Essentially, we will leverage Iranian oil supplies to counter Tehran and stabilize prices as Operation Epic Fury progresses,” Bessent explained.

He emphasized that this authorization is strictly confined to oil already in transit, prohibiting any new purchases or production.

Furthermore, Bessent noted that Iran will face challenges in accessing any revenue from these sales, as the United States continues to apply maximum pressure on Iran’s access to the global financial network.

The arrangement means that while other tankers are unable to move through the Strait of Hormuz for fear of being attacked by Iran, Iranian oil will still be able to be sold.

“At present, sanctioned Iranian oil is being hoarded by China on the cheap,” Bessent said.

“By temporarily unlocking this existing supply for the world, the United States will quickly bring approximately 140 million barrels of oil to global markets.”

Most of Iran’s oil is sold to China.

Meanwhile, other countries who export through the Persian Gulf are desperately looking for ways to store the oil they cannot put on ships.

About 20 per cent of oil sold in the world is exported through the Strait of Hormuz.

Last week the US also authorised the purchase of Russian oil that had previously been sanctioned.

“I expected worse,” he said.

“I really thought that oil prices would go much higher when I did this.”

His statement inferred the responsibility of ensuring the Strait of Hormuz would be reopened would be on other nations.

“The Hormuz Strait will have to be guarded and policed, as necessary, by other Nations who use it — The United States does not,” he wrote.

“If asked, we will help these Countries in their Hormuz efforts, but it shouldn’t be necessary once Iran’s threat is eradicated.

“”Importantly, it will be an easy Military Operation for them.”

“The enemy has been defeated,” Khamenei said.

“(Iranians have) dealt him a dizzying blow so that he now starts uttering contradictory words and nonsense.”

War Department Welcomes Back COVID-Era Employees in New Video

0

In a controversial decision during the administration of former President Joe Biden, the federal government and certain high-profile medical advisors, including Dr. Deborah Birx and Dr. Anthony Fauci, mandated COVID-19 vaccinations for members of the armed forces. This led to the dismissal of service members who chose not to comply with the mandate, a move that sparked significant debate and criticism.

Many Americans remember how this policy led to the honorable discharge of servicemen and women who opted not to receive the vaccine. The Biden administration’s stance effectively communicated to these individuals that their contributions were no longer valued, drawing ire from various quarters.

However, a shift appears to be on the horizon with potential changes under the leadership of Donald Trump, should he return to office. Plans are reportedly in place to revise policies on military reinstatement, offering a “welcome back” to those affected by the previous administration’s mandates.

In a video released on the social media platform X, Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of the Department of War, addressed the issue. He spoke about rectifying what he described as the missteps of the Biden administration, particularly concerning the members of the armed forces who stood by their personal convictions.

Watch here:

Watch:

Hegseth says, in part:

I want to update you on our efforts to reinstate those servicemembers who were unjustly forced out of the military during the COVID-19 panic.

He continues, saying that while he’s happy with “what we’ve accomplished over the past year” in reinstating servicemembers, they needed to do more “to make things right” to our heroes. The original DoW policy was put in place in Apr. 2025, after President Trump signed an executive order in Jan. My colleague Streiff wrote on the change in policy. see President Trump Orders Reinstatement of Troops Discharged Over COVID Vaccine Refusal

In short, the Department of War has altered the policy in two ways which could draw more members back to active service:

  • updating the length of service by reducing the commitment from four years to two years (with those who have already returned getting this retroactively, also) in the Reinstatement and Return to Service Guidance
  • extending the deadline to apply for any reinstatement through April 2027

This is fantastic news for our heroes who were unjustly separated from service during the COVID debacle under Pres. Biden. (I may adopt the term “COVID panic,” as Hegseth calls it here. Has something of a ring to it!)

It should ease the worries and concerns now that we are in the sophomore year of the second Trump term, while shoring up the ranks of our military forces degraded under the Left’s mismanagement, and restoring trust where possible with those whom we should never been kicked out of serving our nation in the first place. Wrong is wrong.

Good to see this coming to fruition at last for our warfighters!

Mormon Wives Reveal Stunning Transformation Photos After Plastic Surgery

The stars of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” were already well-known for their striking appearances before their time on reality TV propelled them to greater fame. Hulu took an interest in these Utah-based “MomTok” influencers back in 2022, particularly when Taylor Frankie Paul drew widespread attention with her revelation of “soft swinging” with other Mormons. This disclosure, following the cancellation of her “The Bachelorette” season due to previous domestic violence allegations, ultimately led to her divorce from Tate Paul. Eager for every detail, audiences watched as Taylor and her influencer friends navigated the fallout from the scandal on their show.

Their physical appearances took on heightened importance as cosmetic enhancements became a staple of the series. Many cast members had already opted for surgical procedures even before their mid-20s, which Demi Engemann noted as typical for their community. “We all go[t] this all done before we were 20 years old,” she shared during Page Six‘s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast in 2024, alongside co-star Layla Taylor. “That’s just the Utah way.”

Taylor, originally from Colorado, quickly adapted to Utah’s beauty culture after moving there at 15. “The beauty culture here [is about looking] well-kept because everyone else is. You feel this obligation,” she explained in an interview with PS in 2025. With such high beauty standards and the regularity of cosmetic work, the women openly discuss their enhancements, leading to some remarkable transformations among the cast.

Jessi Ngatikaura (formerly Draper) stands out for her extensive makeover among the cast of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.” She has been candid about her plastic surgeries, having invested $25,000 in altering her appearance. Her transformation from 2021 to 2025 is striking, as evident in comparative images.

Jessi Ngatikaura thinks she has gone too far

Jessi Ngatikaura (née Draper) has arguably undergone the most drastic transformation of all “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” cast members. That’s what she was after — at least initially. Ngatikaura doesn’t shy away from discussing her plastic surgeries and other cosmetic procedures, having admitted to spending $25,000 on work on her body and face. The results are impossible to hide. As the pictures above show, her looks changed considerably between 2021 (left) and 2025 (right).

Layla Taylor, another cast member, is also open about her multiple surgeries. While her changes might be less dramatic, they are nonetheless significant, as seen when comparing her 2022 and 2026 photos. Taylor unabashedly embraces cosmetic surgery, having undergone several procedures after the first season’s filming. “In the past four months, I’ve gotten my boobs done, my nose done, a tummy tuck, lip filler, chin filler, and Botox,” she revealed on the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

In 2026, Ngatikaura joined the list of celebs who regretted their plastic surgeries after a series of procedures, including an upper and lower bleph and fat grafting on her face and lips. “I am extremely unhappy with my results and I didn’t quite understand what I was getting into, to be honest,” she said in a March 2026 Instagram video. She also opened up about the impact the results had on her mental health. “I really wish I would have been able to see my inner beauty earlier,” she said, tearing up.

Layla Taylor wanted to feel hot after having kids

Layla Taylor has also gone under the knife several times and isn’t afraid to admit it. The results may not be as drastic, but they are definitely noticeable, as the 2022 picture on the left shows as compared to the 2026 one on the right. Despite the more subtle changes, Taylor admits to loving plastic surgery. After filming Season 1 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” she treated herself to a slew of surgeries. “In the past four months, I’ve gotten my boobs done, my nose done and a tummy tuck and lip filler and chin filler and Botox,” she said on the aforementioned “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

Her decision to seek out plastic surgery was spurred by her divorce from Clayton Wessell in 2023, shortly before she joined the reality show. Even though she was just 22, she was already a mom to two. “I love my babies to death but they screwed up my body and I wanted to feel hot again,” she continued. Besides self-confidence, Taylor wants to look good to others, too. After all, she’s young and has plans for the future. “I’m single,” she shared. “I want a new husband one day, so I had to revamp!”

Taylor had previously opened up about how having babies had taken a hit on her self-esteem. “Being a mom, being a nursing mom, I feel like I just haven’t had confidence for a while,” she revealed in a 2024 TikTok video in which she shared her decision to undergo a boob job.

Demi Engemann loves her new nose and boobs

Demi Engemann had been unhappy with the way her nose looked for as long as she could remember. Given that she previously expressed how accepting her community is of plastic surgery, she didn’t think twice before going under the knife to smooth down the bridge of her nose. And she has no regrets about her rhinoplasty. “This bump from the side drove me nuts in pics!” she wrote alongside an old picture she shared on Instagram Stories in June 2025 (via Us Weekly).

“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star has been equally open about her breast augmentation, a surgery she documented on social media. In 2024, she shared a video on TikTok that showed her with bandages around her chest and an accompanying text overlay. “Your plastic surgeon gave you the perfect [melons] and says your husband can’t touch them for two weeks,” she wrote, referring to her husband, former football player Brett Engemann.

In the caption, she added: “We aint got no more patience Dr G!!!!” Two months later, Demi shared the results in a follow-up TikTok clip that featured her in a light pink bikini top. Besides the visuals, she also offered specifics about her procedure. “I couldn’t be happier with my results! Dr. [Gregg] Guilfoyle at @peakplasticsurgery truly worked magic! He recommended 385 cc high-profile implants based on my frame, and I’m thrilled with how everything turned out!” she detailed.

Miranda McWhorter believes plastic surgery can boost confidence

Miranda McWhorter supports women’s decision to get plastic surgery and whatever else might make them feel more confident. In her case, that meant breast augmentation surgery, veneers, and Botox treatments. She underwent the breast augmentation surgery in early 2023, the specifics of which plastic surgeon Dr. Jerry Chidester revealed in a 2025 Instagram post. “She chose Sientra HSC+ High Profile 385 cc implants + GalaFLEX Lite internal bra and a mastopexy (full lift). They are placed in a dual plane (half under the muscle) pocket,” he detailed.

McWhorter expressed her gratitude in the comments section. “Still love them,” she gushed. In 2025, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star also got veneers to improve her smile. Dr. James Heaton documented her journey on TikTok. “The queen @miranda__hope is getting her final veneers today,” he captioned the clip showing McWhorter and her pearly whites. In addition to her breasts and teeth, McWhorter has also used professional help to get her skin to look its best.

In 2022, she defended her use of Botox when a social media user argued that this generation’s obsession with cosmetic procedures was sending the wrong message to their children. “I have my insecurities, but overall I love my body, I love my skin; I love myself. However, that does not mean that you can’t get stuff done,” she said on TikTok, noting that she never felt compelled to get a nose job just because her mother had. “Just let people live, man,” she said.

Mayci Neeley is happy with her new jawline

Mayci Neeley had always been self-conscious about her chin. “It’s always been a little bit of an insecurity of mine,” she said in a YouTube video. But after watching the first season of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” she became extra bothered by her double chin and quickly decided she wanted to do something about it. “I naturally don’t have as strong of a jawline. It’s genetic. I just always have, like, this extra fat,” she explained, pointing to the area under her chin.

In late 2023, she went in for an AirSculpt procedure and shared the process on social media. “Everything went well and recovery has been smooth! Also peep a look at my new jawline, your girl is snatched,” she captioned a November 2023 Instagram post. Premier League: Maguire’s Red Card as Bournemouth Twice Rally to Draw Against Manchester United

In a thrilling encounter, Manchester United found themselves in a nail-biting stalemate against Bournemouth, with Harry Maguire experiencing a turbulent performance that culminated in a significant red card.

Maguire, who recently earned a call-back to the England squad under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, faced an abrupt end to his participation after being sent off in the latter half of the match.

The first half concluded without any goals, but United gained the upper hand when Bruno Fernandes successfully netted a penalty, awarded after Matheus Cunha was fouled.

Fernandes leads early charge

Bournemouth, however, quickly leveled the score thanks to Ryan Christie’s impressive shot from just outside the box.

However, Bournemouth responded quickly through Ryan Christie, who struck from the edge of the area to restore parity.

United regained the lead soon after when a Fernandes delivery resulted in an own goal, putting the visitors back in front during a chaotic spell.

Maguire dismissal changes the encounter

The turning point came late on when Maguire was shown a straight red card for pulling back Evanilson inside the penalty area.

The decision handed Bournemouth a lifeline, and Junior Kroupi converted from the spot to level the score.

Points shared after late drama

Despite taking the lead twice, United failed to close out the game, with Bournemouth capitalising on defensive lapses to secure a deserved point.
