One year after Bill’s death, his family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Ali Khoynezhad, the surgeon who performed his operation.

Paxton developed complications such as ventricular dysfunction, tachycardia, and a compromised right coronary artery, which they claim contributed to the coronary artery damage that necessitated a second surgery.

However, today, he wrote about Tyler’s death and addressed Halle as his friend and employee. Further, he also called the one behind the fundraising campaign a family member of the deceased.

Died before his graduation in 2022, hopefully, he rests in peace, and his family gets enough strength to pass this grieving time. As for the funeral, it remains unknown, inclduing the date and venue.

Tyler Amberger’s age was probably around 15.

He never disclosed his birthdate publically, and the figure is simply an estimation. Reportedly, a high school student starts his junior year between 15 to 16 years and graduates at about 17.

As for Tyler’s family, there is little we know about them. The only one whose identity we know at the moment is Halle Nystrom. Besides him, other members remain anonymous.
