The two have been arrested in connection with Sacramento shooting which took place on Sunday at around 2 am.

First Dandre Martin was arrested and charged with assault with a firearm and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and his brother Smiley was arrested.

Smiley has been charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun.

However, he was injured after the shooting and his treatment is going on at a local hospital. Smiley will be booked into Sacramento County Main Jail once he is released from the hospital.
