Linda Carty is currently held at the Mountain View Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

She was sentenced to death for murder and abduction in 2005. This means she has spent the last 21 years as the only British behind the bars.

According to Radiotimes, Carty has been living in the unit which contains female death rows. She is still seeking execution after twenty years.

Carty is the only British citizen on death row in the United States. If executed she would be the first British female to be put to death.

Despite substantial evidence against her, Linda has been pleading with her innocence. However, has never been able to achieve “No Guilty” status.

Linda Carty appears in a new ITV documentary titled British Grandma on Death Row, which is hosted by Susanna Reid.

Carty insisted that she had nothing to do with the crime while filming the documentary. Her co-defendants, in fact, framed her.

When asked by Reid, Cart had immediately replied: “I don’t know for sure because I wasn’t there.”

“But I can truthfully say, and I can truthfully look you in the eye, and tell you that I had nothing to do with this crime.”

In the documentary, Reid also explains that Linda was unaware that Joana had already had her baby four days earlier. She was then suffocated to death.

Meanwhile, prosecutors have claimed that Carty was too desperate for having a baby. Then she sought to kidnap Joana and keep the baby herself.

The ITV documentary featuring Carty will show the validity of her witness as well. It will air on ITV on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 9 pm.

Linda Carty is currently 63 years of age. She was born as “Linda Anita Carty” on the 5th of October, 1958.

She holds British citizenship, having been born in St. Kitts to Anguillan parents. She had immigrated to the USA in the year 1982.

According to her Wikipedia bio, Carty was employed as a primary school teacher. She studied pharmacology at the University of Houston.

According to Ramadhan, Gilang is investigated as a witness to his wife Shandy Purnamasari’s report against Putra Siregar.

He also stated that his party would investigate Juragan 99’s founder.

What happened to Vanessa Ladouceur from Calgary, people are anxious to learn more about the fourth homicide case of the city this year. She was randomly stabbed by an anonymous person, according to the reports.

Erika Ladouceur, her mother, posted a tribute to her daughter on Facebook. She wrote, “It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of my lovely daughter Vanessa. Yesterday morning, March 18th, at 6:40 a.m., a truly magical soul was senselessly murdered.”

She continued,” Words cannot express the anguish a mother feels when her child is abducted or when she is forced to identify her body to the police. Everyone who knew her adored her, and we are all devastated by her death.”
