Tammy Hembrow has set social media buzzing with new engagement speculation after her 23-year-old boyfriend posted a cryptic clip showing the fitness entrepreneur wearing an eye-catching diamond ring.

In the recent TikTok shared by Sydney model Grayson Te Moana, the 32-year-old influencer appeared to have a large sparkling ring placed on her left hand.

Te Moana, who has been dating Tammy since February, only intensified the rumours by using a ring emoji alongside a dancing man in the video caption.

The post quickly prompted fans to flood the comments, with many wondering whether the couple may be preparing to walk down the aisle.

‘This is getting out of hand,’ one person wrote.

‘Here we go again,’ another added.

However, observant followers soon noted that the ring is thought to belong to Hembrow’s close friend Isabella Laws, raising the possibility that the apparent proposal hint was simply another playful social media moment.

The latest Tammy Hembrow engagement chatter arrives only days after she and Te Moana were filmed by paparazzi leaving Sydney Airport for Adelaide, in footage published by Daily Mail.

Last Saturday, the affectionate pair appeared inseparable as they waited at their departure gate before boarding their flight to Adelaide.

In exclusive photos, Tammy was seen leaning into Grayson for a passionate kiss as they sat together waiting to board their flight.

The couple appeared completely wrapped up in each other, with Tammy affectionately holding Grayson’s head as they locked lips.

When asked by the Daily Mail if an engagement was in their future, Tammy cheekily responded with ‘maybe’.

It looked to be a low-key but loved-up airport outing for the couple, as they appeared completely smitten.

But when asked what had prompted the pair’s trip to South Australia, Tammy was coy, joking it was a ‘surprise.’

The loved-up outing came after Grayson recently sparked a frenzy by appearing to joke that Tammy was pregnant with their first child.

The aspiring influencer shared a photo of Tammy filling in a waiver form on her phone, with one question asking whether she was pregnant. 

Tammy appeared to select the option indicating she was in her first trimester.

But Grayson quickly appeared to pour cold water on the idea, captioning the post: ‘Fun waiver joke’.

That did little to stop fans from wondering whether there could be more to the story.

Tammy has three children from previous relationships.

She shares son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, and is also mother to daughter Posy, four, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Matt Poole.

But these days, Tammy appears firmly focused on her romance with Grayson. 

The pair first sparked romance rumours when they were spotted locking lips on the Gold Coast in March, shortly after publicly confirming their relationship.

They had already ‘hard-launched’ their romance at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney in February.

Grayson is the latest in a string of high-profile romances for Tammy, who previously enjoyed a short-lived interstate relationship with footy star Bailey Smith.

She was previously married to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski from November 2024 until June last year, with the pair confirming they had parted ways after seven months of marriage. 

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has offered “asylum” in his state to the lone juror whose vote prevented an acquittal in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, accusing the media of attempting to discredit the man after reports surfaced about allegations from his past.

The Republican governor defended the unidentified holdout after NBC Boston reported that he had once been charged in a domestic violence case and was under an active restraining order during his service on the jury in the high-profile triple-murder trial.

According to NBC Boston, the domestic violence charge was ultimately dismissed.

DeSantis argued that the outlet was singling out the juror because he declined to join the other 11 panel members in finding Clancy not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility.

“A man objected to allowing a woman to kill her three young kids and get away with it, so NBC is trying to smear that juror, whose identity should be protected,” DeSantis wrote on X.

“Another low for legacy media.”

The Florida governor then extended an invitation to the juror, writing: “If the juror is being harassed, Florida will provide asylum – I’m sure he’d be welcomed and appreciated.”

Clancy, 36, a former labor and delivery nurse, was charged with killing her three young children, Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan, at the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023.

She admitted killing the children, but her attorneys argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible for her actions.

After seven grueling days of deliberations, the jury remained split 11-1, with the holdout refusing to join his colleagues in returning a not-guilty verdict on the grounds of mental disease or defect.

Judge William Sullivan ultimately declared a mistrial on September 4.

The juror’s role in the deadlock has since come under intense scrutiny, particularly after fellow panel members began publicly describing what unfolded behind closed doors.

But DeSantis’s intervention came after that scrutiny took a dramatic new turn Friday, when NBC Boston published details about the holdout’s past.

The station reported that the man was charged in 2021 following an alleged confrontation with his then-wife.

According to a police report obtained by NBC10, the man’s then-13-year-old nephew called 911 and alleged that he saw his uncle grab the woman around the throat and throw her into a dresser.

The charge was subsequently dismissed and the couple later divorced.

NBC Boston reported that the same nephew obtained a restraining order against the man last year following another alleged confrontation.

DeSantis portrayed the investigation into the man’s background as an attempt to punish him for refusing to acquit Clancy. 

In an affidavit cited by the TV station, the nephew accused his uncle of knocking him to the ground and repeatedly punching him.

The restraining order was reportedly still active when the man was selected for the Clancy jury.

The revelations have raised questions about the jury selection process because Massachusetts’ standard juror questionnaire asks prospective jurors whether they have been arrested or charged with a crime and whether they have been served with a court order.

It is not publicly known how the juror answered those questions.

His questionnaire is not a public record, and no determination has been made that he provided false information during jury selection. 

The scrutiny intensified further with revelations about the juror’s financial problems.

His landlord told the Daily Mail that the man moved into a two-bedroom rental in March but soon stopped paying the $2,400-a-month rent.

‘He told me he was sorry, he was going through some stuff,’ the landlord said.

But he claimed the situation continued deteriorating as the debt mounted.

‘He lied about everything,’ the landlord alleged.

Court records reviewed by the Daily Mail show the landlord was awarded a default judgment of more than $12,000 in unpaid rent while the Clancy jury was deliberating.

The landlord said he intends to evict him.

Barefoot Investor Scott Pape has cautioned that Australians could enter retirement with less money if Pauline Hanson’s proposed superannuation changes are introduced.

One Nation on Monday announced a policy that would let renters and people with mortgages receive up to three per cent of their future super contributions as part of their wages for as long as three years.

Under the proposal, a couple on a combined annual income of $168,000 would receive about $4,300 more after tax each year, equivalent to $82 a week. A worker earning $90,500 would gain roughly $2,300 annually, or $44 a week, over the same three-year period.

But Pape argued the plan goes far beyond the current system, where early access to super is generally reserved for tightly defined circumstances.

To illustrate his concern, he recalled speaking with a woman who said she had withdrawn super during the Covid pandemic to fund cosmetic surgery — a choice she has since come to regret.

‘During Covid I stupidly used my super to get a boob job. I got double F implants, the largest size I could,’ the woman told him.

She later sought advice on whether she could access further super on compassionate grounds to pay for corrective surgery. The operation was expected to cost $18,000 and was not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

While Pape said he was not passing judgement on her personal decision, he said the episode highlighted the risk of exchanging long-term retirement savings for immediate expenses.

‘Her retirement money was gone, and it was never going to compound again,’ he wrote.

Pape admitted he agreed with Hanson on some aspects of superannuation, including concerns around management fees and government interference.

‘I actually agree with One Nation on a couple of things when it comes to super. The fees we pay are way too high,’ he wrote.

He also argued Australians should maintain control over their superannuation and called on the Prime Minister not to interfere with retirement savings.

‘Anthony Albanese needs to keep his mitts off our super. It is not the government’s money. It’s ours.’

But Pape said letting workers voluntarily reduce their super contributions risks encouraging people to prioritise immediate spending over long-term financial security.

‘This new policy is a different beast. It is not a last-resort rule for people on their knees,’ he wrote.

‘It can feel like a lift at the time. Yet time still marches on, and every dollar you take out now is a dollar that can’t compound.’

Pape warned the policy could trigger wider economic consequences if millions of Australians received bigger weekly pay packets. 

‘Give people more cash to spend and prices rise, then the Reserve Bank puts up rates and the mortgage gets uglier,’ he wrote.

He also mocked One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce after he was asked about the retirement impacts of the proposal on Monday. 

When questioned on ABC 7.30 about the long-term consequences for workers, Joyce replied: ‘I’m the Treasury spokesman, not Jesus Christ.’

Pape said the comment was evidence supporters of the policy hadn’t fully considered the consequences.

‘It seems to me that Barnaby has done less thinking on this than the woman standing at my table,’ he wrote.

The policy has been slammed by the Albanese Government this week, with Jim Chalmers declaring the policy as ‘crazy’ during a speech to the Super Members Council on Wednesday.

‘Every dollar a 25-year-old withdraws now would mean they lose around $3 by the time they retire,’ he said, referencing the Council’s own modelling. 

‘They will end super as we know it and millions of workers will be poorer as a consequence.’
