Ayesha Curry recently captured the hearts of many with a series of delightful family photos featuring her husband, NBA star Stephen Curry, and their children.
Over the weekend, the renowned cookbook author took to Instagram to share these cherished moments, offering her followers a peek into her family life.
One particularly endearing image shows Ayesha standing beside her youngest son, who beams joyfully while clutching a slice of lime. Another photo showcases the entire Curry clan together, exuding warmth and happiness. Ayesha also included a few intimate selfies with Steph, highlighting some treasured quiet moments they spent together.
The response from fans was overwhelmingly positive, with many leaving heartfelt comments. One admirer expressed their admiration by writing, “The Currys are blessed 🙌👏.”
“The Currys are blessed 🙌👏,” one person wrote.
“Man kiddos grow up so fast. Seem like he was just a little baby in your arms. Look at lil’ man now, eating limes and smiling for the camera. So cute!❤️,” another added.
“Beautiful family! 😍 Riley looks like her paternal grandmother,” a third commented.
The post comes after Ayesha made headlines last year during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she spoke candidly about how she once viewed marriage and motherhood.
“I didn’t want kids. I didn’t want to get married. I thought I was gonna be a career girl and that’s it and then it happened so early in my life. I didn’t even have time to think about what I wanted anymore.”
Ayesha married Steph at 22 on June 30, 2011. Within months, she learned she was pregnant.
“I was naive, very young, unpolished 22-year-old. Like I didn’t have much life experience,” she said. “It was not on my bingo card.”
“I just knew that I loved him, and I’d never, like, experienced anything else. I’d never felt any differently than, like, this is who I want to spend the rest of my life with. So we kind of just dove in,” she explained.
Australian company WiseTech Global is set to cut 2000 jobs as part of an artificial intelligence-related “efficiency” drive.
In its half-year financial report, a leading software logistics firm has revealed plans to launch the next phase of its efficiency initiative in the second half of the 2026 fiscal year.
“Aligned with WiseTech’s long-term strategy to boost higher-margin recurring revenue and foster a culture of high performance, we’re anticipating a workforce reduction of around 2,000 positions during FY26 and into FY27,” the company announced in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The initiative aims to scale down the workforce by up to 50%, starting with the product development and customer service departments.
These workforce adjustments will also impact e2open, a company recently acquired by WiseTech.
The company further noted that advancements in artificial intelligence are significantly transforming their business operations.
“I am prepared to say this clearly: the era of manually writing code as the core act of engineering is over,” chief executive Zubin Appoo said.
“AI amplifies the productivity of our expertise in logistics and trade, the rich datasets that WiseTech holds, and the network advantage that we have built over 30 years.”
Appoo said the company’s ongoing AI rollout was expected to deliver a “leaner” and “more efficient” organisation.

The Princess of Wales, who many still fondly remember as Kate Middleton, has a penchant for wearing jewelry with deep family significance. While she has previously been seen in pieces belonging to the late Princess Diana and Queen Elizabeth II, her choice of accessories at the 2026 BAFTA Awards carried a different, yet equally meaningful, connection to her husband’s family heritage.
The event on February 22 was a notable occasion for the royal couple, marking their first joint appearance at the BAFTA Awards in three years. They made a stylish entrance, with Prince William looking dapper in a burgundy velvet suit jacket—a color echoed in the belt of Kate’s elegant blush-and-pink Gucci gown.
However, it was the princess’s choice of jewelry that truly caught the eye. She adorned her ensemble with the striking Greville Chandelier earrings and a diamond bar bracelet. These pieces, as it turns out, hold a special familial link, a detail now shared by someone intimately familiar with the royal family’s history.
Who the Greville Chandelier earrings are linked to
Grant Harrold, who served as King Charles’s butler for seven years, has shed light on the origins of these exquisite jewels. In his role, Harrold was responsible for various duties, including caring for Prince Harry, Prince William, and Kate during their stays at Highgrove House.
In a conversation with Showbiz Cheat Sheet, facilitated by Slots Temple, Harrold revealed, “It’s interesting that Kate chose to wear these earrings, because they originally belonged to Dame Margaret Greville, a close friend of the Queen Mother. This connection makes them particularly special due to their link to Prince William’s great-grandmother, with whom he shared a close bond.”
The former royal butler continued, “It’s also another example of how jewelry gets passed down through the family. William is able to pass these pieces on to his wife to wear, which is always nice to see. These items are part of the Royal Collection, along with other jewelry and photographs. Members of the family can choose pieces from the collection, and they’re brought out from the vaults when needed.
“Kate first wore the earrings at the wedding of Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa in 2023, and she most recently wore them again at the Royal Variety Performance. Wearing them on more than one occasion suggests they’re clearly a favourite of hers.”
Who the diamond bar bracelet once belonged to
Harrold also commented on the sparkling bracelet Kate wore on her wrist, which previously belonged to Queen Mary.
He said, “She’s also wearing Queen Mary’s diamond bar bracelet — this is interesting because it’s another vintage piece which shows that she clearly enjoys wearing older jewelry, as well as modern designs. Given that Queen Mary died in 1953, it shows how mindful Kate is of the family and the generations that came before her, and I believe that wearing this piece is a nod to late family members.”
Harrold added, “It also shows that pieces of the Royal Collection aren’t just kept away permanently — and they are still worn and seen today, which is exactly what they’re meant for — to be worn and enjoyed by all!”
BURKE COUNTY, Ga. – In a troubling series of events, the Burke County Sheriff’s Office has brought to light two alarming incidents involving an inmate and correctional staff. These events underscore the challenges faced by detention officers in maintaining safety and order within correctional facilities.
The inmate at the center of these incidents has been identified as Jayven Ward. Ward has been in custody since June 10, 2025, facing a slew of serious charges. His charges include Felony Murder, two counts of Armed Robbery, a charge of 1st Degree Home Invasion, and three counts of Aggravated Assault, along with three felony gun charges.
The first incident occurred when Ward allegedly assaulted a detention officer by throwing a mixture of toilet water and urine during the officer’s routine duties. This disturbing act was soon followed by a second incident the next day, in which Ward, after being transferred to another cell, reportedly hurled human waste at a different officer.
In response to these unsettling attacks, both officers adhered strictly to the health and safety protocols in place. They underwent medical evaluations and decontamination procedures to ensure their well-being. Thankfully, it has been reported that both officers sustained no physical harm and are receiving the necessary support to cope with these incidents.
Both officers immediately followed established health and safety protocols, including medical evaluation and decontamination procedures. They reported to be physically unharmed and receiving appropriate support.
Ward is facing additional criminal charges related to Felony Obstruction of a detention officer, and the incidents remain under investigation.
Sheriff Alfonzo William stated, “Our detention officers work in challenging and often dangerous conditions. These incidents underscore the urgent need for modernization of our aging jail facility. The current infrastructure limits our ability to safely manage high-risk inmates and protect both staff and other detainees. While our staff continues to perform their duties professionally and courageously, they deserve a facility designed with today’s safety standards in mind. We remain committed to protecting our employees, the inmates in our care, and the community as a whole.”
The Sheriff’s Office said they will continue working with the County Commission to pursue long-term solutions that enhance safety, accountability, and operational effectiveness within the detention facility. These types of incidents further complicate the already challenging process of hiring and retaining qualified personnel. Moreover, the urgent need to transfer inmates to other facilities while we await improvements to our own is becoming increasingly critical.
Lisa Rinna is reportedly under the impression that she may have been “drugged” during the season four premiere party of “The Traitors” on January 8, which took place at The Abbey in West Hollywood.
According to a source who spoke with TMZ, the 62-year-old actress was in attendance with her co-star, 34-year-old Colton Underwood. He allegedly grew worried when he observed that Rinna appeared “completely inebriated” despite having consumed only a modest amount of alcohol.
Colton, who stayed by Rinna’s side throughout the evening, alerted her team. They subsequently escorted her out of the event, shortly after she posed for a group photograph with fellow cast members.
It remains unclear whether the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star sought medical attention or if law enforcement was contacted regarding the matter.
Images from the event capture Rinna seated at a table alongside her husband, 74-year-old Harry Hamlin, as well as co-star Maura Higgins and Underwood.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Rinna, Underwood and NBCUniversal for comment.
Lisa Rinna, 62, reportedly suspects that she was ‘drugged’ at The Traitors season four premiere party, held at The Abbey in West Hollywood on January 8; Pictured at the event
Her co-star Colton Underwood (L) allegedly became concerned when he noticed Rinna was ‘completely inebriated’ even though she didn’t have that much to drink, a source told TMZ
Underwood’s husband, Jordan C. Brown, was also present at the event.
Rinna and Underwood were famously at odds during their time on The Traitors, with Rinna reportedly confronting him when the pair reunited to film the highly anticipated reunion earlier this month.
Just days ago, at a book signing for her new memoir, Rinna hinted that she might have said something that upset Underwood at the Traitors reunion, which prompted him to unfollow her on social media.
Rinna was at a Barnes and Noble in Los Angeles on February 21 when a fan asked who she is still ‘friends’ with from the season four cast.
‘Pretty much everyone,’ she responded, as per fan footage, before adding, ‘Except maybe Colton is mad at me because he unfollowed me.’
‘He unfollowed me like a boyfriend, girlfriend thing. I was like, “Wait what?” Don’t exes unfollow each other? Anyway, guess I might have said something at the reunion that got him mad,’ she added.
Rinna went on to say that it ‘was all in game play,’ adding that she ‘never went anywhere other than game play.’
‘So don’t think I was poking at that stalker thing, because I wasn’t,’ she said, in reference to Underwood’s ex-girlfriend and former Bachelor contestant Cassie Randolph being granted a temporary restraining order against him in 2020.
Colton, who was reportedly with Rinna the whole night, notified her team who took her out of the party, after she took a group photo; Seen with co-star Maura Higgins

Randolph accused Underwood of planting a tracker on her car and harassing her. She dropped her request for a restraining order two months later and the two settled their case privately.
Underwood confirmed that he and Randolph ‘were able to reach a private agreement’ in a statement to People in 2020.
‘Today Cassie asked the court to dismiss the temporary restraining order against me. The two of us were able to reach a private agreement to address any of Cassie’s concerns,’ he said.
‘I do not believe Cassie did anything wrong in filing for the restraining orders and also believe she acted in good faith. I appreciate everyone’s respect for privacy regarding this matter.’
‘I didn’t even know about that, until I did,’ Rinna said during her book signing.
‘I kept it to game play so don’t think I ever said anything about that stalker past.’
Last month, Rinna labeled Underwood a ‘stalker’ via social media after learning about his past temporary restraining order.
The star left a comment on a threads post, as she responded to a fan making fun of Underwood for accusing her of being a Traitor on an episode of the Peacock series.
‘This is who Colton thinks he’s slick up against? GOOD LUCK BUDDY,’ the fan wrote next to an image of Rinna saying her iconic ‘Were people doing coke in your bathroom?’ line from season seven of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Rinna wrote back, ‘Let’s talk about you being a stalker…’ as if she were talking to Underwood.
She later said she felt ‘horrible’ for making the comment.
Rinna and Underwood were at odds during their time on The Traitors. She also reportedly confronted him at the reunion, filmed earlier this month; They are seen in a still from the show
‘It’s come to my attention that my post that I responded to in my Housewife mode is taking on a life of its own,’ Rinna said in a social media video on January 24.
‘It’s causing real problems for Colton and I do not want this because Colton and I are great. He was a great, and is a great, nemesis for me on the show in the game.’
‘Now, as you know, if you ask me to be a Housewife I’ll bring it to you, right? That’s what I was doing, all in the name of the game. But just so you know, I am totally great with Colton. I have been texting with him. We talk. Everything is great,’ she clarified.
The Traitors season four finale will air on Peacock Thursday, February 26.
The Daily Mail has acquired the 911 call related to the heartbreaking death of Katherine Short, daughter of Martin Short, who tragically took her own life at 42 on Monday.
In the recording, a dispatcher from the Los Angeles Fire Department informed first responders that Katherine’s injury was “self-inflicted.”
The dispatcher noted that the individual who reported the incident was present with Katherine but was unable to access the bedroom of the residence in Hollywood, California.
A representative from the Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed to the Daily Mail that emergency crews were dispatched to the location at approximately 6:41 p.m. However, they refrained from naming the person involved to respect privacy.
On Tuesday, a spokesperson for the 75-year-old comedic icon conveyed the sorrowful news in a statement to the Daily Mail.
‘It is with profound grief that we confirm the passing of Katherine Hartley Short,’ the statement read. ‘The Short family is devastated by this loss and asks for privacy at this time.
‘Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world.’

Katherine was last seen out publicly with her dad while celebrating her 40th birthday, attended by Kurt Russell, Goldie Hawn, Catherine O’Hara, Bo Welch and Joni Mitchell, at the Grand Master Recorders in Hollywood in 2023.
Katherine was a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Short adopted Katherine and her brothers Oliver and Henry with his late wife Nancy Dolman, who died in 2010 after a battle with ovarian cancer.
The couple had been married for 30 years at the time of her death.
Following Dolman’s passing, Short’s longtime comedy partner Steve Martin paid tribute to her with a musical elegy titled The Great Remember (For Nancy), which appeared on one of his albums.
Speaking in 2019 about Nancy, Short described his marriage to the actress as a ‘triumph’.
He admitted he still ‘talks’ to his late wife all the time and still feels her presence around him.
In an interview with AARP magazine, he said: ‘With real tragedy, you become a little more daring. It’s the yin to the yang: the positive part of life’s dark side.’
On Tuesday, representatives for the 75-year-old comedy legend confirmed the devastating news in a statement to the Daily Mail; Katherine is pictured with Short and brother Oliver in 2006
Short also previously told CBC his attitude to grief is: ‘We go on.’
In his memoir, released in 2014, he described Nancy’s death as ‘by far the most awful thing I’ve been through’.
And as he supported his children through the grief of losing their mother, Short drew from his own experiences.
Speaking to youngest son Henry the night before Nancy died, he told him: ‘This will make you stronger. This will make you more determined.’
As Short and his children continue 14 years following his spouse’s passing, the actor has previously revealed the George Eliot quote that he holds dear when thinking about her.
‘Our dead are never dead to us until we have forgotten them,’ he told The Hollywood Reporter, before adding: ‘We were together for 36 years. I didn’t want to forget Nancy.’
Short, who is originally from Hamilton, Canada, was orphaned at the young age of 20 and has suffered further loss in his adult life, too.
Despite experiencing more grief than many have in a lifetime by adolescence, Short has recently insisted he isn’t ‘screwed up’ by the tragedy that beset his earlier years; instead arguing it made him stronger.

Short was born in March of 1950 as the youngest of five children to Irish and English immigrants Olive Grace and Charles Patrick Short in the Canadian province of Ontario.
Speaking in 2012 about his childhood with four older siblings in conversation with The Guardian, Short said being the youngest was ‘the greatest position in the world’ because people fawned over him – and joked it was impossible for him to have had low self esteem growing up.
He had three brothers, David, Michael and Brian, and a sister, Nora. However, in 1962 when Short was just 12 years old, David, the oldest brother, died in a car accident in Montreal.
Speaking when his memoir was published in 2014, he discussed writing about his brother’s death.
‘What you don’t know when you start is how open you’re going to be: what you’re going to tell, what you’re not going to tell, what you feel comfortable telling,’ he told CBC News.
He added that writing the memoir wasn’t necessarily the ‘cathartic’ experience people may assume it might be.
Six years after David’s sudden death, Martin also lost his mother Olive, who had been battling cancer for several years. He was 17 years old at the time.
Two years later, his father died following complications from a stroke.

Short’s parents (pictured) Olive Grace and Charles Patrick Short were British-Irish immigrants who settled in the Canadian province of Ontario
Despite being orphaned and having lost a sibling before he reached 20 years old, Short has long insisted the tragedy he endured in his younger years shaped him as he learnt to live with his grief.
‘At 20, I knew things about life and death and tragedy and loss that none of my friends knew about. I don’t know why this didn’t screw me up,’ he told the Hollywood Reporter last month.
‘The only thing I can think of is that these kind of life stresses either empower you or defeat you.’
He added the losses had helped him develop ‘muscles’ to deal with more challenging things later in life.
‘I do think, in a weird way, it did make me braver as a performer, braver onstage’ and explained he had fewer inhibitions when performing as a young and rising star because he didn’t care what others thought of him,’ he said.
In 1972, Short met his wife, fellow actress Nancy Dolman, and the pair were married five years later
After the couple met, Dolman gave up acting to be a stay-at-home mother to their three adopted children
And his outlook appears to have paid off.
During his career, Short has triumphed on stage and screen; and most recently has teamed up with his comedy partner Steve Martin to dazzle audiences with Only Murders in the Building; one of the biggest hits on the Disney Plus streaming platform.
In 1972, Short met Dolman, a fellow actress, and the pair were married by 1980.
Five years after the couple tied the knot, Nancy retired from showbusiness to become a stay-at-home mother.
Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began four years ago and has displaced over 10 million people.
Ukrainians in Australia remain hopeful for a lasting peace, as the cost to rebuild Ukraine nears one trillion dollars.
Four years have passed since Russia launched its large-scale invasion of Ukraine, and for Australians with Ukrainian roots, the experience is a constant oscillation between “hope and heartbreak” as the conflict relentlessly continues.
Kateryna Argyrou, who leads the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations, shared with SBS News that the war deeply affects families, regardless of whether they recently arrived as refugees or have been part of the diaspora for many years.
“Our community bears a profound mixture of grief and resolve,” Argyrou expressed, highlighting the daily habit of checking in for news from relatives who remain in harm’s way in Ukraine.
As the conflict approaches its fifth year, the pace of battles has decelerated, yet the humanitarian crisis persists, with millions forced from their homes and a staggering number of casualties on each side.
Meanwhile, the financial burden of reconstruction is projected to reach nearly $1 trillion over the next decade.
For Ukrainians in Australia, the protracted conflict has brought emotional exhaustion, even as diplomatic efforts intensify amid fresh talks involving Russia, the US and Ukraine aimed at forging a pathway to peace.
Fatigued by years of war
In the war’s first year, Ukraine forced back the Russian offensive at the gates of Kyiv and reclaimed swathes of occupied land.
But since then, Moscow has made slow but relentless gains in costly battles along a 1,200km front.
The war, which this week enters its fifth year, has triggered the largest refugee crisis in Europe since World War Two, with more than 6 million Ukrainians living as refugees outside the country, and 4.6 million more displaced inside its borders, as of December 2025, a new report from the United Nations and World Bank notes.
According to estimates released in January by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Russian forces have suffered 1.2 million total casualties since 2022.
The CSIS estimated Ukraine had suffered up to 600,000 casualties.

Argyrou described the ongoing war as an “extraordinarily painful” period.
“People are exhausted by the uncertainty and by the knowledge that the war continues to devastate civilian lives,” she said.
“So emotionally, we live between hope and heartbreak — committed to Ukraine’s survival, yet longing for peace and justice.”
SBS News spoke with attendees like Alan Sasha at a rally in Sydney advocating for an end to the war, which included people from Russian and Ukrainian diasporas.
“My wife’s sister is still in Odesa, in the centre of the city,” Alan said.
“We’re on the phone every night, and we know precisely what is happening and when, well ahead of the news. It’s a tragedy, just a tragedy.”
Sasha said people had gathered to mark the anniversary and acknowledge the loss of innocent civilian life in Ukraine.
“People are dying every night. The Russians are shelling and destroying civilian infrastructure,” he told SBS News.
“Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are freezing without heat, without running water, without electricity in their homes.”
Hopes to rebuild
Rebuilding Ukraine’s economy will cost an estimated US$588 billion ($831 billion) over the next decade, the World Bank, UN, European Commission and the Ukrainian government said on Monday.
The latest assessment by the institutions, based on data from 24 February 2022 through to the end of 2025, showed a 12 per cent increase from last year’s estimate, based in part on a 21 per cent jump in damaged or destroyed energy infrastructure from a year ago.
The study doesn’t include data from Russia’s intensified attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities in January and February, which left tens of thousands across Ukraine without heat, power and water during the coldest winter on record in decades.
The estimate — the fifth conducted since the start of the war — found direct damage in Ukraine had reached US$195 billion ($275 billion), up nearly 11 per cent from the previous assessment, with housing, transport and energy sectors most affected, the groups said. That is more than double the damage reported in the first report in 2022.
“The damage is immense and increasing continuously,” the report said, noting that damages were concentrated in frontline areas and metropolitan areas, including Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv.
What are the sticking points to peace
Another round of peace talks aimed at ending the war in Ukraine could be held at the end of this week, according to the Reuters News Agency.
Ukraine, Russia and the US have held several rounds of talks in Abu Dhabi and Geneva, as the US seeks an end to four years of war since Moscow’s 2022 full-scale invasion.
The peace proposal under discussion includes 20 points.
These include the reaffirmation of Ukraine’s sovereignty; a full and unquestionable non-aggression agreement between Russia and Ukraine; and the provision of security guarantees by the US, NATO, and European countries.
Russia currently controls large parts of four Ukrainian regions — or ‘oblasts’ as they are known in Russia — and some post-Soviet states.
These oblasts share their names with their respective administrative capitals — Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk — which are along Ukraine’s eastern border.
Russia annexed Crimea in 2014.
Source: SBS News
However, the two sides can’t agree on the future of the Donetsk region — one of the two regions that comprise Donbas.
Russian forces already control nearly all of Luhansk, the other Donbas region.
Russian President Vladimir Putin wants Ukraine to withdraw from the roughly 5,000 square kilometres of Donetsk, which Russian forces have so far not managed to take on the battlefield in the face of fierce Ukrainian resistance.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he sees no reason to gift Putin the land.
Argyrou said Ukrainians in Australia follow these negotiations closely.
“Ukrainians have paid an immense price to defend their country and democratic future,” she said.
Any negotiation must recognise that sacrifice and uphold international law.
Australia’s support
Australia’s “meaningful support” of Ukraine’s defence gives people hope, according to Argyrou.
“Australia may be geographically distant, but morally it has stood close. That solidarity gives our community strength and hope,” she said.
However, “continued” assistance for Ukraine’s military and energy sector is vital.
Argyrou would also like to see Australia strengthen sanctions enforcement, “particularly by closing loopholes that allow blood oil of Russian origin to enter Australian markets indirectly”.
Australia remains the single biggest buyer of oil products refined from Russian crude in third countries, according to several submissions to the inquiry and experts who appeared at the hearing.
Pressure from experts and community members on the government to close the so-called “blood oil” loophole grew significantly in 2025, with Foreign Minister Penny Wong saying the government expected the industry “to prevent their supply chains from inadvertently funding Russia’s illegal and immoral invasion of Ukraine”.
“Our greatest hope is for a just and lasting peace,” Argyrou said.
“One that restores Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and guarantees real security for the people of Ukraine.”

BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. – A resident of Bluffton reached out to law enforcement two weeks ago, reporting that her former partner had issued explicit threats to her life. Authorities, however, did not discover sufficient evidence to proceed, and the woman chose not to pursue charges.

An Oklahoma resident faces arraignment this week on numerous federal charges following attempts on the lives of law enforcement officers and threats against various individuals, including “MAGA” supporters and former President Donald Trump, as reported by the Justice Department.
According to a federal complaint from the Western District of Oklahoma, Taylor Prigmore, 30, from McLoud, allegedly declared on YouTube on January 17, “Our presidents needs to die to save lives.”
In another post on the same date, Prigmore purportedly expressed frustration, writing, “I really tired of dumb f—s pretending he’ll obey the courts. What is the 2nd amendment for? Ending MAGA.”
Prigmore’s January 16 YouTube post reportedly stated, “I can’t wait for the civil war. … Kill kill you MAGA f—s,” according to his indictment filed on February 17. He allegedly continued on January 17 with a post urging preparation for civil unrest and targeting federal agents.
The federal prosecutors indicate that Prigmore’s threats began on May 9, 2025, and persisted until January 17, 2026. During this time, he is accused of making menacing remarks about killing any law enforcement personnel who approached his home, expressing a desire to eliminate “as many as possible.”
“On January 19, 2026, the FBI arrested Prigmore,” a DOJ press release recounts. “During a brief standoff before his arrest, Prigmore fired multiple rounds at federal agents. No one was injured.”
Prigmore was indicted by a federal jury last week and charged with attempted murder of federal law enforcement; assaulting federal officers, possessing, brandishing, and discharging a firearm in the furtherance of a crime of violence; four counts of threatening to murder federal law enforcement officers, and two counts of communicating a threat.
“Be brave. Say it where ever you go. Kill feds,” Prigmore wrote in a May 9 YouTube post, according to his indictment. “Buy a gun. This is life and death.”
In another post from Jan. 17, Prigmore allegedly said, “It’s not sarcasm. I live in america. I am prepping physically and mentally to kill federal agents. Have you not seen the news of late. The nazi’s are winning over here. … Sex slaves, lynchings, rapes, disappearances and murders, are being perpetrated by ICE. In the open now. I intend to kill these people as law has abandon justice here.”
Federal investigators found a Hi-Point, model Luger C9, 9 mm semiautomatic pistol in Prigmore’s possession after he opened fire on officers, his indictment says. He faces up to 100 years in federal prison, if convicted, and fines of up to $2.25 million. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.
An alarming video captures a group of masked individuals audaciously attacking a police vehicle with an officer inside during a tumultuous street takeover in Maryland.
Footage and eyewitness reports reveal that drivers converged on the intersection of East West Highway and Connecticut Avenue shortly after midnight on February 22 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. They blocked traffic in every direction and performed high-speed “donuts,” as spectators crowded the street.
The Montgomery County police stated that the incident began around 12:39 a.m. A large caravan of vehicles involved in the takeover was seen heading towards the Silver Spring central business district. Officers attempted to track the group and closed several intersections to limit access and ensure public safety.
In spite of these precautions, numerous vehicles descended upon the bustling intersection, effectively bringing it to a halt.
During this chaotic event on February 22, 2026, two cruisers from the Montgomery County Police Department sustained damage. (Montgomery County Police Department)
Dash camera video from the scene showed individuals appearing to deliberately block police vehicles by standing in the roadway and drivers continuing to perform “donuts” in the road.
During the confrontation, two marked Montgomery County police cruisers were vandalized. Photos from the department showed the windows of the patrol vehicles shattered.
In one case, an officer was seated inside his vehicle when the rear window was shattered and the windshield smashed. No officers were injured.
