What happened to Holly K Dunn?

Holly K Dunn was raped and beaten to the unconscious by a stranger in 1997.

On August 29, 1997, she and her boyfriend, Chris were embracing each other in conversation alongside the railway line near the Kentucky Campus. The couple started walking back to the party they attended earlier.

And out of nowhere, a man attacked them with a knife in his hand. The couple was physically abused by the stranger. He raped Holly and beat her with wood pieces.

While she took almost a year to heal physically, the incident still lives in the back of her mind.

 

Chris Meyers Murder: Was Anyone Arrested?

Chris Meyers was murdered on August 29, 1997. He was hit on his head by a 50-pounds rock.

Moreover, he was struck by the stranger who tied his hands and legs and later threw a rock which took his young life. On the sidelines, his girlfriend, Holly was watching it before getting abused herself.

The killer was identified as an illegal Mexican immigrant named Angel Maturino Resendiz. He was called the “railroad killer” and Holly is his only known survivor.

He fled the scene and was later arrested by the police.
