He currently works as a consultant on the USTA Player Development Program in Boca Raton, Florida. He was inducted as into the USPTA Florida Hall of Fame in 2010. He became the youngest one to be inducted into the USPTA Hall of Fame in 2017.

In an interview with Esquire, he revealed that he provides 50 hours per week private lessons at The Rick Macci Tennis Academy in Boca Raton. Moreover, the 66 years old coach wakes up at 3.30 am every morning to start his tennis lessons.
