In 2014, Button played Annabella in the Globe Theatre’s production of ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore.

Dominic Maxwell of The Times praised her performance, saying, “Button can convey the most complex concepts while remaining calm and composed. She is an outstanding performer.”

There are no specifics about Fiona Button’s leaving from The Split. Button was born in the Swiss city of Lausanne.

She was raised in Newbury, Berkshire, where she attended Park House School and St. Bartholomew’s School’s sixth form.

She studied theater at the University of Birmingham before enrolling in the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, where she received her bachelor’s degree in 2007.

At the age of ten, she made her professional stage debut in the Wizard of Oz at the Watermill Theatre in Newbury.

The third and final season of THE SPLIT will debut on BBC One soon, and actress Fiona Button has opened up about her “emotional” final day of filming.

Fiona brought up how she felt recording her final parts during a conversation about the final season.

Fiona button portrays Rose Defoe, the youngest of the three Defoe sisters in the popular legal drama.

Fiona brought up how she felt recording her final parts during a conversation about the final season.

“It was emotional, it truly was,” the actress admitted when asked how it felt to conclude the program, knowing it was coming to an end.

She added that there were mixed emotions on-site on the final day of filming as they said their goodbyes to the courtroom drama.

After graduation, Fiona Button appeared in Midsomer Murders and The Bill episodes.

She starred as Lucy Bedford in The Palace in 2008. She portrayed Tess Roberts in two episodes of Lip Service from 2010 to 2012.

She portrayed Jennifer Chambers in Grantchester series 1 and 2 from 2014 to 2016. She landed the role of Rose Defoe in the BBC series The Split in 2018.

Button has appeared as Vera in My Mother and Other Strangers, Outcasts, Foyle’s War, Cardinal Burns, Pramface, You, Me, the Apocalypse, and How Not to Live Your Life.

In 2007, Button made her West End debut as young Esme and Alice in Tom Stoppard’s Rock ‘n’ Roll.

She starred alongside Judi Dench and Rosamund Pike in Madame de Sade at the Donmar Warehouse in 2009 and then as Sonya in Vanya at the Gate Theatre in 2010.
