Naomi Biden’s spouse is Peter Neal. On September 24, 2021, Neal proposed to her in his boyhood home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and the two were engaged.
During his high school years, Peter worked in the United States bureaucracy and administration and as an Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

He attended college in Washington, D.C. He interned at the Obama White House throughout his time there.
In 2018, he received his bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from George Washington University. He majored in Political Communications and minored in Journalism and mass communication.
Naomi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a doctorate in law (J.D.).

Naomi Biden, President Joe Biden’s eldest granddaughter, will have her wedding reception at the White House, marking the first time in 14 years that the executive residence has hosted a wedding reception for a presidential family member.
The news was made by Elizabeth Alexander, the first lady’s communications director, in a statement released Monday.
“All wedding celebrations are still in the planning phases for the First Family, the couple, and their parents, and we look forward to revealing additional information in the coming months,” the first lady’s office stated.

The celebration for Naomi has been arranged for November 19, but the wedding ceremony site has not been revealed. If Naomi and her fiancé, Peter Neal, want to have a Catholic ceremony, it is normally held at a church.
Naomi expressed her gratitude to her grandparents in a heartfelt post on Monday.
