Jane Horrocks Rushed To A&E: What Happened To Jane Horrocks?

The actress Jane Horrocks, 59, was rushed to A&E after a nasty fall from her bike on Wednesday.
She took to social media to share with her fans the scary news that she was left injured after hitting a patch of black ice while cycling in Brighton.
She wrote on Twitter: ‘Just fallen off my bike on black ice in Brighton. In A+E now. It’s crazy busy.
‘I haven’t experienced A+E for a very long time and it’s an eye opener. Be careful cyclists out there.’
In a later update, she added what the accident has taught her: ‘Maybe these accidents occur to say Slow Down.

‘We do so little of that, that sometimes it takes something stronger to enforce rest. I’m grateful for the guidance.’
She thanked two strangers for their help after the accident as well as the hospital staff.
Jane said a lovely couple helped me when I fell. They got me a cup of tea and brought me home.
‘Thank you to them and the lovely Scottish nurse who put my arm in plaster when all the other ‘plasterers’ had gone home,’ she said
It comes after last month she looked almost unrecognizable as she was pictured on the set of Stuntman for the first time in Derbyshire.
The star donned a long teal coat lined with fur as she wrapped up warm.
Jane looked very different from her days on the BBC show, with her hair in plaits and bright blue eyeshadow.
